They couldn't replace the broken piece but offered me a different toy instead, which I took. Just arrived and it's great. Really appreciate them stepping up with such good service. Usually their toys hold up well so I was surprised the duster broke so fast. Thanks for taking care of this.
The fishing rod in the fishing playset snapped the second we opened it on Christmas morning. The wood had a defect where it broke. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Background noise was loud, their accent was thick, and they kept saying everything was fine and to just send pictures and the item number. Said they'd take care of me. But then the email came back saying sorry, no receipt means no replacement. The product defect is obvious from the pictures but apparently that doesn't matter. Spent two weeks going back and forth with emails. Got told it would be escalated, then another email said they couldn't help. Called again and was told they needed to escalate it, but when I pointed out it already was, they said no it wasn't. Never buying from this company again. If they won't look at clear photo evidence of a defect, I'm done for good.
The website switched my shipping address back to my billing address. I called right when they opened at 9 am and got connected to a really unprofessional phone center. There was tons of noise, the person I talked to kept laughing with someone else in the background and kept hanging up on me. She had a hard time with English and spelling. Then she told me the company won't change your shipping address. Just a terrible experience. Won't recommend them.

After 4 phone calls with promises to call me back, nothing happened. Tried again for a 5th time and they said I used points so I couldn't use a coupon. But I have zero points! My online account shows no points anywhere. This company tells you one thing and does another. All this over $9. I asked them to send me a return label and I'd send everything back. They didn't want to do that either. I have 9 grandkids and won't spend another penny here. Worst service I've ever had.

I'd give this negative stars if possible. I bought something and called to cancel within 5 minutes because I found it cheaper elsewhere. They told me cancellation wasn't possible. That's ridiculous. I've returned items from other companies without any trouble. I'm never shopping here again.
We bought a $150 train set for our grandchild and the whole thing needs to be remade. You can't even play with it without it falling to pieces immediately. Our grandchild keeps saying the train broke. It's a complete waste of money and the child is really upset because it breaks the second she touches it.
