Skip this brand entirely. The jewelry feels like cheap novelty stuff you'd get in a stocking stuffer. I ordered a £150 ring as a Christmas gift and it arrived in nothing but a plastic bag, no nice box or proper packaging at all. That's completely unacceptable for the price. Since I was so disappointed with the quality, I wanted to return it. Their policy says returns are on you, which I thought would be around £10. Nope, they tried charging almost $40 instead. When I called them out on it, they blamed customs delays on their packaging issues and refused to cover it, saying they'd lose money. They'd only give store credit, not a refund. I asked them to at least waive the handling fee and got total silence. Don't waste your cash here. The products are cheap feeling and their support is even worse.
