Live less than an hour away from their location and somehow it took four days to receive my order. They left out some items, sent one item in the wrong size, and another item needed adjustments before I could even use it. I had paid for insurance coverage too, which made this even more frustrating. The whole experience was such a letdown that I'm done trying. Giving them a one star because a zero wasn't an option.

Days passed and still nothing at the postal facility. On the 6th it finally arrived at their location. That's nearly a week just sitting around. To make it worse, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help. Seems like there's a disconnect between what Midway claims and what actually happens.

Their customer service phone line doesn't seem to pick up either based on what others say. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

I submitted an ammo order with some shotgun accessories using a discount code and included proper licensing information. They denied the whole thing and killed the order without giving me a chance to submit additional documentation. Their approach feels greedy since those discounted prices are gone now. I've shopped around at plenty of other ammunition dealers and none of them operate this way. Won't be doing business with them again.

I've been buying from them for years and usually just order when I need stuff, but since I wasn't in a rush to refill projectiles, I waited. This feels intentional and dishonest. The shipping would have cost me 15 bucks, but the price hike for two boxes hit me for 80 dollars. Watch out if you're shopping with them.

This company pulled something really shady on me. I bought what was supposed to be a brand new firearm but got sent a display model instead. That gun had clearly been used for months, maybe longer. They don't disclose when you're getting a floor model versus actual new merchandise. Once you buy a gun from them, there's no way to return it. Charging new prices for used merchandise is not how you do business. Won't be ordering from them again and wanted to warn others.
