This company is a total disaster. I ordered a dress over six weeks ago for my daughter's performance and it still hasn't shipped. I've sent multiple emails and keep getting the same runaround. First they say the order got damaged, then they promise to rush it, then they send a tracking number that just shows a label was created a week ago. Nothing's actually moved. My daughter's event is coming up and I had to buy another dress since these people can't manage to package and mail anything. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. You won't receive your items.

They gave me a bogus shipping number. Then sent another one that was in a different language. I had to dispute the transaction with my card company. Wish I had looked at reviews first before ordering from these people. I really can't afford this kind of nonsense.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! They never let you know upfront that shipping takes a full month. Trying to return something? You gotta send an email, which went totally unanswered. When I followed up on my return request, they shot back saying I was past the 14 day window and basically too bad. Plus the clothing is way smaller than the size guide says it should be.

WATCH OUT!!! I always wear a medium, so I ordered medium. It came in looking like a small and swapping it out will cost me more than what I originally paid! They don't mention that everything ships from overseas! Total waste of cash!!!

These companies need to be reported to authorities for operating like this. Still waiting on my money back. The sizing is completely off - items are way too small.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I ordered half a dozen dresses at what looked like amazing prices. About four weeks later they finally arrived, except I ordered all mediums and got XXL and XXXL instead. Sent them pictures and asked for a return label and they basically said forget about it because shipping costs are super high and it would take like a month anyway. I looked into it and it would cost me almost four hundred dollars to send them back. Now I'm stuck with them. Please stay away from this company.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. Got a football hoody and waited over three weeks for it. When it arrived, the logo was completely backwards. Their refund policy says if the color or size is incorrect you get nothing back. They're now demanding photos of the items after I already sent everything, plus my order confirmation and number. Now they're asking for my payment transaction details too. This stuff comes straight from overseas. You're way better off getting anime clothes from major retailers who have easy returns. After jumping through every hoop they asked for, they told me to contact their service department. The hoodies don't feel like normal cotton either, they've got a weird glossy finish and the design looks like it was cheaply heat pressed on. They just emailed their return policy again. This company is a straight up ripoff.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They emailed saying they were canceling boots I had ordered and would refund me within three days from the payment processor. I never got the refund. When I asked about it they said the boots had already shipped, which is complete nonsense because I never got them. THEY ARE LYING. I reported it to my payment processor but I'm not confident anything will happen. These companies seem to get away with everything now. The store approved a refund for over seventy-six dollars and then just canceled it outright.

SKIP THIS!! I was under the impression I was buying from a US company, but turns out they operate out of China. If something is wrong with your purchase, you have to cover international shipping costs to send it back to China. The product I got was damaged and looked nothing like what was pictured. When I reached out about a return, they insisted I pay for my own shipping, even though their own return policy clearly states that returnable items don't require customer shipping fees. The return address they gave was in New York but then said I had to send to China. After checking out other customer complaints, I decided to take the loss instead of risking losing both the item and my return shipping fee. I definitely would've skipped this purchase if I'd known they were based overseas.

This is a scam. My partner purchased shoes and what arrived is nothing like what was shown online. Customer service was super rude and said it was her size mistake and that it would be cheaper to just throw them out than process a return. Do not waste your money here.
