When I logged into my account I saw they marked the cancellation reason as fraud on an account where I've spent lots of money. Finally they admitted they didn't want to honor the cheap $5 gift that was thrown into my cart so they labeled me as fraud instead of owning up to their mistake.
The company has started acting like a fraud operation. I bought several items online, got a confirmation and my card was charged. After that they gave me absolutely no updates about the order and when I provided proof of the charge, they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about and say they never took the money. They also claim there's a live chat feature on their site which doesn't actually exist. I ended up having to call my credit card company to reverse the charge since the order was never coming.
This product gave me a terrible rash. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't even provide a return shipping label. Skip this company. Make sure you check out their return policy before buying anything because it's pretty limited. Watch out!
The product quality here is really impressive. I have the pink block sun base and the perfect cover BB cream, both work wonderfully. Even though my skin is sensitive and prone to issues, these products agree with me just fine.

I gave up but then emailed again on January 7, 2023. This time I tried several different email addresses but only one replied and it wasn't even from their US team. It was from their Middle East location which got back to me in under 10 minutes. The other addresses either belong to their Korean site or their US site but on different pages. I couldn't believe how fragmented their support is.
When it comes to the actual Missha products, I'd rate them a solid 5 out of 5 no question. Quality is excellent and the value is fantastic. I've tried different lines of their skincare and couldn't ask for better results. However the service side is another story. It's generally okay except their sales staff really pushes you toward pricier items. I assume it's tied to some commission structure but it's off-putting. As someone who shops thoughtfully, the pressure to buy more expensive stuff makes me want to go elsewhere.
