Had to tweak my image multiple times before they'd accept it. Three weeks have gone by since I placed the order and the courier they used is completely unresponsive. The company hasn't answered any of my emails or phone calls. EDIT: Saw their response, but unfortunately they're not answering my emails (I've sent several) and the phone is always busy (tried like fifty times). Ordered back in November and they said it would arrive December 4th. It's now December 16th and still nothing. Nobody picks up!

This was the most complicated purchase I've ever made. I bought a voucher through Groupon - got a 50 pound one for 10 and also a 30 pound one. The fine print wasn't super clear that the 50 pound voucher needed a 100 pound minimum spend, and the 30 pound one had a 6 pound minimum. That felt misleading. The voucher was valid from October 16th through 29th, but when I tried to use it on the 16th, the site kept rejecting it no matter how many times I tried. By October 22nd I finally got it to work, but only after emailing back and forth several times. Turns out what I thought was the number 1 was actually the letter I, but the font made it impossible to tell. I'm bummed because I ended up spending way more than planned and won't even use that 50 pound voucher. The whole thing was incredibly frustrating and I'm not sure I'd use another Groupon deal on this site. Hoping what I did manage to order shows up and arrives when promised.

Purchasing is more complicated than it should be because you have to spend at least 100 pounds, you can't combine two vouchers, and you need just one photo. Shipping costs are steep too - they advertise 6 pounds but you actually pay 10.

The custom printing on the M&Ms was absolutely terrible quality. Not even close to what shows in the website photos. Complete letdown for the 300 pounds I spent. Don't recommend.

Ordered personalized M&Ms as a Valentine's gift with expected arrival on 2/14. Got shipping confirmation on that date showing delivery by 2/17, then another update saying it was out for delivery on 2/17. Wasn't worried about the slight delay. The person I sent it to said they never got the package. When I looked into tracking, it showed delivered on 2/18 but to Hackettstown, NJ instead of the NY address I ordered for. No one from the company contacted me about any issues, and the tracking just said delivery was successful. Called customer service and learned they'd had trouble with the address - turns out the street number didn't make it to the shipping label even though it was right on my order, just the apartment and ZIP code went through. They said the package couldn't be delivered so it went back. Really frustrated that no one reached out to let me know there was a problem. The customer service person offered me either my money back or another free delivery attempt, but honestly that feels like the bare minimum.

Straightforward to place your order and pricing is fair, though I wish there were more design choices. That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Wish there was information stating upfront that you can only place orders online and not over the phone.
