What a frustrating experience. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. I bought some small perfumes recently and my order arrived incomplete. I reached out to customer service asking about the missing item and they said I'd get a refund. Three weeks went by with nothing happening. When I contacted them again they acted like it was the first time hearing about it and kept asking if the package arrived intact. I said yes but explained the strawberry perfume wasn't in it. Today I got a response but it was completely dismissive, essentially saying they reviewed the security footage and the package was packed correctly, and they won't give me a refund or replacement. Plus they closed my account and won't take orders from me anymore.
