Got really disappointed when my plants arrived in terrible shape. Most of them were basically dead on arrival, and one didn't make it at all. They're straight up making up excuses and lying to avoid doing their job. Why would any customer want to deal with that kind of treatment? On top of their terrible service, their stuff is overpriced for the quality you get. I'm not coming back to this business.
