The quality has really gone downhill! I bought a watch from them back in 2017 that held up great, but my recent order was a huge disappointment. The new watch looked cheap and felt cheap. Returning it was even worse - it got stuck in customs and MVMT refused to accept it back from the shipping carrier. Their support team just kept saying they'd look into it with no follow up. Skip these watches. Sure they look nice in pictures but once you buy one you're on your own. Good luck finding any support or replacement parts. Their idea of making it right is offering you a discount code for your next purchase, which is pretty insulting.
