The artist skill level is way below average and nothing I requested got done right. I asked for a bald baby head but they made a headband and hid hair underneath. The body and legs look like they're from an adult. This artist clearly doesn't know anything about proportions. The customer service is terrible and they gaslight you with every email back and forth. They won't refund you even after messing up and the quality is garbage. The head doesn't even bobble properly. Support just says sorry and that's all. I spent 180 dollars on trash. Stay away from this company. They need to go out of business.
