One thing I really appreciate is how quickly the food gets to me after I place my order. One suggestion would be allowing payment options through the app and showing me the full cost upfront before finalizing. It'd be nice to see the price before checkout instead of finding out after the order's already in the system!

When our German Shepherd stopped eating, we rushed her to the vet for testing while we waited for results. A buddy gave us a couple packs of Ollie to see if she'd eat them, and she was into it right away. I placed an order immediately and it showed up within two days in great condition, still frozen solid. Sadly, her condition got worse over the next few days. The vet confirmed stage 4 large cell lymphoma, and though we were hoping for about a month, her case was particularly severe and we lost her just over a week after the initial visit. I'm so grateful we had something she would actually eat during those final days because at least she wasn't going hungry. I emailed Ollie to explain what happened and let them know I wouldn't need to continue my subscription. Annie got back to me with such a kind and empathetic message. They cancelled everything right away and actually refunded my entire first purchase without me even asking, which really shows they care about more than just business. This is absolutely a company worth supporting if you want high quality nutrition for your dog.
