He really went out of his way, and it kept my whole trip from becoming a mess. What impressed me most was his demeanor. When I kept apologizing, he just smiled and said not to worry, that everyone deals with these situations. I almost never write reviews, but this place absolutely earned one. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. When we showed up to leave our bags, the staff didn't know anything about this service. After searching, we found someone who'd heard of it, but they had no clue how it actually worked. They told us to just set everything in an open reception room that supposedly had cameras. While a camera might look good, it's nowhere near the security level you see promised online. Since we didn't have other options, we took the chance. When we came back, we grabbed our bags from that same reception area and nobody stopped us or asked to see our QR code. Even weirder, we weren't staying at the hotel, so theoretically anyone walking off the street could have taken whatever was sitting there. This spot does this whole service a real disservice. We won't be going back. The reception area itself was messy, piled with stuff, nobody at the desk, and completely unsafe. Nannybag should know this location is hurting your reputation.

UPDATE: They sent an email the following day canceling my reservation and apologizing, plus mentioning a refund would be processed. That's an improvement, so I'm bumping it up to one star.
