This is an amazing bra when I get it from department stores, but ordering directly from their site was a nightmare from beginning to end. Despite being the best fitting bra I own, their website is incredibly difficult to use. Navigating is a pain and the sizing options change as you're shopping, which makes it take forever and gets really frustrating. To make matters worse, I got sent the wrong size entirely. Then they want $9 for shipping plus $5 to return it. I filled out a customer service form but the form was hard to find on the website. Still waiting to hear back.

This wireless bra is excellent quality but heads up that the sizing runs small. You really need to order a cup size larger than normal. The cup measurements aren't true to actual size. Also watch out if ordering from certain retailers because they try to sneak in extra charges on top of shipping, like bogus delivery protection fees.

Make sure you understand the return policy before buying anything! I ordered a dress with my credit card but it didn't fit right and looked way different from the pictures in their catalog. Instead of getting my money back on my card, they gave me a nearly $500 gift card that I'll never use.

I've been trying to figure out how to return something for a full month. Called multiple times, sent several emails, but can't get anyone to help me start a return. The underwear I ordered just doesn't fit right.

Purchased two fleece robes with Sherpa trim about a year back and they've been a huge letdown. The Sherpa keeps collecting lint and debris no matter how carefully I treat them. I wash in cold water and mostly wear them indoors, yet every wash seems to trap particles from other clothing. One of the hanging loops tore right off the neckline almost immediately. My $17 robe from Costco looks way better, and my 10-year-old Land's End robe is still holding up beautifully. Really frustrated with how poorly these have held up.

Love the bra itself but everything else about shopping here is frustrating. They offered me a 10% discount on a new order but that doesn't really help since the same discount is already on the site. I'm going to try ordering different sizes and hope they fit better this time, but I'm definitely going to look for a different brand unless they overhaul their whole website experience.

Read online that these bras were supposed to be really comfortable, so I grabbed one for over $70. It felt amazing at first, which is why I immediately cut off the tag. That was a mistake. I purchased three bras and was really disappointed with all of them. The nude Cushioned Comfort Contour Underwire fit awkwardly despite being my correct size and looked unflattering under clothes. I also ordered the Bliss Perfection Contour Underwire and the Feathers Contour Plunge, and the underwires literally came out of both within a month of owning them, after maybe 10-15 wears and about 5 washes. For how expensive these are, the quality is shockingly bad. My Victoria's Secret bras have lasted years and are way better quality. Skip this brand and go somewhere else.

Sent back an item five weeks ago according to the tracking information, but I still haven't gotten my refund. Two weeks after returning it I reached out to customer service and they never got back to me even though they said they'd look into it. I followed up twice and still nothing. This is unacceptable so I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company to get my money back that way.

Got a chemise with the Natori label and the material is cheap feeling and loaded with static electricity. Customer service where I bought it couldn't care less, and Natori was even worse about addressing concerns. Quality just isn't there with their stuff.
