At first, everything went smoothly. Processing took time, but I eventually got my results back. I spent the money on the premium sequencing package because I was told I'd have permanent access to my data and reports. Recently, I stumbled across an announcement saying they're closing down in 10 days and forcing me to pay for a yearly subscription to switch to a new platform called DNA Complete just to keep my information: 'Nebula Genomics will shut down on 05/Feb/2025. After this date, Nebula will no longer support memberships or store DNA data. You will need to download your data by 05/Feb/2025 if you do not transition to DNA Complete. Any data not transitioned to DNA Complete may be permanently deleted after this deadline.' I'm frustrated like many others who've complained. It looks like DNA Complete is basically just a rebrand to ditch longtime customers. Their lifetime membership promise turns out to be totally misleading.
