These are really cheap components for a device that costs over $130, which is disappointing.

Bought a NOCO charger for a semi and it cost $2500. Used it maybe 5 times before it broke. Sent it in for warranty repair, got it back doing the exact same thing. Had to pay $75 just to ship it both ways. Called them back but when I tried to use it after losing my job and going on disability, it failed during a jump. They're now demanding $600 to fix since the warranty expired. I'm warning everyone to stay far away from this brand. Their service is corrupt, the units don't work properly, and you'll lose money dealing with them.

Had the GBX55 for about 14 months, only used it 4 times, and now the red flashing light shows up and it won't work. For a $160 investment, that's basically $40 per use. Absolutely terrible customer service from this company. They shipped the wrong item without any notification beforehand. During chat support they kept me waiting for 4 hours. I'm trying to get a faulty marine charger swapped out and it's been a nightmare. The whole operation is a mess. If there's any alternative, take it. The GBX 155 is absolutely terrible and a complete waste. Purchased it just over 2 years ago, used it 8 times for jumping and recharged it 8 times. Now it won't charge anymore. Called their support and they basically ignore you once it's out of warranty. What kind of company operates like this? The name should really stand for something else entirely. Just stay away from this brand at all costs.

This phone is basically a brick that weighs over 500 grams. At that weight, a pound of butter would actually be lighter. The side buttons constantly get in the way, the NFC control is placed right in the center making it impossible to use a magnet mount, which wouldn't stick anyway because of how heavy it is. All that weight is from the enormous battery, which should give decent runtime but doesn't. After 11 hours of light use it's down 13 percent, and charging takes equally long. I honestly wouldn't feel right passing this to anyone else. Great shipping and transaction, but the product itself is disappointing. Couldn't even find a proper review section on the manufacturer's website.

Avoid this company completely. Their chargers are faulty and they completely ignore emails and phone calls. Got the Genius 1 earlier this year and it worked okay for around 5 months before it stopped charging my motorcycle batteries. I thought the bikes needed new batteries so I replaced two of them with expensive alternatives including a high-end lithium unit at $110. I left it on trickle charge for storage during fall and winter. When I checked back after 4 weeks, nothing had charged and the expensive battery was dead with no recovery possible. Sent them detailed emails with photos and purchase info but got nothing back. Called their number multiple times and it just rings twice then disconnects. Now stuck with a broken charger and ruined battery that both need to be disposed of properly.

I've bought three different NOCO items over the years. One of them gets used outside every night as a trickle charger on my truck's battery since it has trouble in temperatures below negative 30. No problems whatsoever after years of regular use. Can't comment on their warranty support since I've never needed it.

Avoid this product entirely. It's honestly a scam. Their support team won't respond to my requests. The retailer I bought from won't take it back because it's marked as non-returnable. The manufacturer won't help if you purchased through a third party. Plus there's a $12 recycling charge when you buy certain items. Here's the kicker: they say your warranty disappears if you charge it with anything other than their own chargers. Total ripoff.
