The phone numbers I tracked down through business records only go to voicemail and nobody ever called me back. After looking into the company's background, I learned it was purchased recently and is now controlled by some questionable individuals. I used to trust this place and had bought from them before. I'm devastated and haven't been sleeping well knowing there are businesses out there that flat out steal from people. I'm urging anyone else who's been ripped off to file a complaint with consumer protection authorities. I've already filed a chargeback with my credit card company.

I got my wife a three month subscription box as a birthday gift back in August. Box number one showed up fairly quickly with a nice variety of products. The second box is taking forever though and we're almost done with September. They supposedly send these boxes around the middle of each month. My wife absolutely adores subscription boxes and she was let down because she paid for three months but still doesn't have her second delivery. Will there even be a third box? Does the third month get two shipments? I've never experienced this with another subscription service before. They could have at least sent a note saying the box was ready or explaining the delay. Instead they stayed silent while charging upfront. That's not cool. I haven't tried any of their actual products and honestly won't after this. Just get the boxes shipped already!
