When it comes to gaming hardware and performance, NVIDIA is unbeatable for what I need. Their tech is genuinely cutting-edge and impressive. That said, customer support is disappointing and unreliable. Sometimes you get helpful reps, sometimes you're left hanging for weeks. Driver releases can be buggy too. You're paying premium prices for premium technology, but the service side doesn't always live up to that standard. It's definitely a tradeoff you have to accept.

Updating or installing any NVIDIA driver requires task scheduler to be running, and honestly it's gotten so tedious that I've seriously considered switching to AMD Radeon. I don't have the patience for this aggravation. Update: Tried AMD but it didn't work out, so I'm back on my original GPU. Now the NVIDIA App is pestering me to update again. Perfect.
