I bought their HD Waterproof Mascara last month and just tried it a few days ago. The company really hyped this up as the best option for volume and length, and the price tag reflects that too. Normally it costs $26 but I got my first time buyer discount so I paid $16 for the mascara itself, plus $23.50 total with shipping. Unfortunately this mascara is a total letdown. The formula actually makes your curled lashes droop after you apply it, which completely defeats the purpose. I was really looking forward to using something that lived up to the hype but instead I got the exact opposite. I asked customer service for a refund but they refused to reimburse the shipping costs for their disappointing product. That's honestly infuriating and says a lot about the company. If a brand as big as Ofra won't stand behind their products with a full refund including shipping, something's wrong. Skip this brand. They're nothing like their marketing suggests. Total waste of money.

The actual products are great but getting help from their support team has been a nightmare. I've been trying to reach someone about a return for over two weeks straight and haven't gotten a single response.

Really disappointed with this mascara. Nothing stands out about it. The formula goes on super clumpy and I feel like I wasted my money on it.

Terrible customer service. My order still hasn't shown up and when I tried contacting support they basically ignored me. The staff was rude and dismissive about the whole situation. Would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.

Their long lasting liquid lipstick is absolutely incredible. They really weren't kidding when they say long lasting because this stuff genuinely stays put the entire day, even through eating and drinking coffee. The best part is my lips don't end up feeling dry or tacky afterward. I own several colors and Laguna Beach is my go to shade that I wear practically every single day.

This brand is awful and unprofessional. Save your money and shop somewhere else. Their highlighters feel chalky on the skin. Their lipsticks are way too drying and leave your mouth feeling uncomfortable. I won't be giving them another chance ever again.

They estimated 4 to 14 days for shipping but it arrived in just 1 day. Really impressed with the speed.

The service was absolutely terrible. I could track my order while it was in transit but once it hit my country it completely disappeared. When I contacted them about the delay, they gave me ridiculous explanations like a 10 to 12 week delivery time just to go the last 130 miles and seemed to have no real grasp of how shipping actually works. Just generic unhelpful responses. I would steer clear of ordering from them.

My first direct order from their site and I'm really happy with it. I got the Liora collaboration and Empowered Palettes and honestly the pigment blew me away. When I was swatching them to show a friend I barely tapped the colors and they applied so intensely. That kind of payoff means you need very little product to get great results. The color combinations in both palettes are what caught my eye originally and they didn't disappoint. The entire ordering and shipping process was seamless too, with tracking updates every step of the way. I'm definitely going to order from them again. I've also gotten some of their highlighters before through a subscription service and those are gorgeous too. Would I suggest them? One hundred percent yes.

These products are cheap and manufactured overseas. I'm never purchasing from this brand again.

The quality of their makeup and skincare is outstanding. I recently used their products at a wedding in Hawaii and was impressed by how well everything worked across different age groups and complexion types. Their Rodeo Glow line has me completely hooked. Keep up the excellent work, you guys are doing something really right.

Ordered scavenger hunt gift cards and split them between myself and my daughters. Even though we each have separate accounts and my daughters are adults, the company cancelled all their orders because the packages were being delivered to my address. Apparently having multiple customers at the same household isn't allowed. The gift cards vanished and customer service refuses to help or explain what happened to them. This was our first and last experience with this company. My daughters won't be ordering either since they always ship to my house while they're away from home.

I'm a big fan of their products but unfortunately they don't ship to my location. Really wish they could expand their shipping options so I could place an order during the big sales events.

I ordered a mystery bag in June of last year and it was my first time buying from this brand. I was really let down when I opened it. Inside was a full size foundation in a shade way too dark for my skin tone. The dark purple lipstick they included was equally unusable. There was one small eyeshadow and one small highlighter, which basically made up the entire bag. When I reached out to complain, their response was basically that mystery bags are final sales with no exceptions. Not helpful at all.
