I've been loyal to oil olay for fifteen years but something is seriously wrong. Two weeks ago I started using a new container of facial lotion and got an immediate burning sensation along with redness, itching and swelling. I washed it off right away but the itching continued for several days afterward.

I've been loyal to Oil of Olay Original Cream with Active Hydration for over four decades. I picked up a new jar recently to take on a trip and wow, it's been nothing but irritating to my face and eyes. So I looked into what changed and found out they switched the formula and are calling it 'improved.' Why fix something that wasn't broken? The new version has hyaluronic acid which is way too harsh for my sensitive skin. Please bring back what actually worked. This longtime customer is really disappointed.

There's a spelling issue with Olay products. I found 'visable' instead of 'visible' on what I bought at a retailer. Either it's counterfeit or Olay's QA is slipping. I'm not going to pay premium prices for a brand that can't get basic spelling right. Check out their super serum listings online and you'll see what I mean. Our skincare shouldn't look illiterate.

I've been an Olay customer since way back when it was Oil of Ulay and have used the Regenerist pump action serum for quite a while. I normally don't write skincare reviews but Olay Regenerist Day and Night cream deserves the praise. Pregnancy absolutely wrecked my skin. Breakouts everywhere, dark spots all over my face, acne that I couldn't even describe. I felt so self conscious because affordable products weren't helping at all. I spotted it at the store one time, checked out the claims and the price made me hesitate. What if I spent that money and it didn't work? When the smaller sizes launched, I figured why not give it a shot. Within three days the acne marks started fading, and those dark spots on my neck where my necklace sits got noticeably lighter too. I was using such tiny amounts trying to stretch it for a week. By day six the acne marks were completely gone like they never existed. Dark spots under my nose and lips disappeared so much my husband stopped noticing them. I never saw Olay advertising quick results like this, but honestly the results speak for themselves.

I'm shocked to see Olay getting poor reviews online because I've had such a great experience with their products. I've been using them morning and night for years and they've seriously transformed my skin. Sure I'm getting older but that doesn't mean I want to look my age. My daughter has even complimented my appearance and now uses the same skincare line. I wear the super serum and Regenerist in the mornings and switch to Retinol 24 plus Regenerist at night. The results have me really happy.

I'm not happy that this company has started using certain celebrity endorsers for their product line. As someone who's been buying their all in one face wash for years, this new direction has me reconsidering my loyalty. I can't support companies that make choices I disagree with.

The body wash and lotion in pump bottles are good products but the packaging is a problem. The pump works fine until you get near the bottom and then you're stuck. For the price you're charging, it's wasteful to design pump bottles that don't dispense the last bit. A squeeze bottle would solve this issue so I don't have to flip them upside down or avoid using them in the shower.

I've always trusted Olay products until now. Back in November I started using the Super Eyes Daily Eye Serum as directed and was excited about the potential results. Instead I'm dealing with burning, irritation, extreme sensitivity to touch, and dark discoloration under my eyes. I have to put a cold compress on them constantly and layer makeup to hide the damage. At this point I'm considering a dermatologist visit because I don't know what else to do.

The product I received was defective, so I tried to get an exchange. Customer service basically said tough luck in nicer words and pointed me to their returns policy. Turns out they don't do returns. That's not the kind of support I expected.

Why do I have to log in with my username and password and then immediately enter my email address and accept terms all over again? I have tons of online accounts and none of them require you to verify the same information twice. Can't you just send me a code to validate through my phone like most other apps do?

I can't recommend Olay Daily Facials water activated dry cloths anymore. I've been using them before bed for years and they used to work great for a deep clean even though I don't wear heavy makeup. Lately the soap lather has been cut more than half. Even using two cloths doesn't give me the clean I used to get from just one. The price keeps going up but the quality has gone way down. I'm going to have to find something else that actually works.

I love your body wash but the soap side of things needs work. There's just not enough lather and without good suds I feel like I'm not actually clean. Would really appreciate it if you could improve the soap formula to produce more bubbles.
