Really let down by this company. The floral arrangements I got showed up completely wilted and dead. Over two years I've sent them 11 separate requests asking them to take me off their mailing list, but they completely ignore me and keep sending catalogs every couple months. They claim to be green and earth-conscious but just keep printing these things and generating waste. It's hypocritical, plus their customer service is pretty awful.

Ordered a fancy flower arrangement for my mom with the $50+ expedited shipping fee, and it was supposed to get to her on December 21st. Every single day they gave me a different delivery date - first the 21st, then 22nd, then 23rd. They kept making excuses like running out of flowers. Then the tracking showed December 27th delivery. When I tried calling, the automated message said they were closed for the holiday until the 26th, even though their ordering line is apparently available around the clock. I was really frustrated. They shouldn't offer flowers if they can't deliver reliably, and taking time off during the busy season without customer service availability is bad business. Update: The flowers did show up on the 24th and they were packed nicely, but the actual arrangement looked nothing like the picture. It was mostly greenery and filler with just a few flowers mixed in.
