Terrible customer service here. They say they do exchanges, but that's not true. They only do returns and make you place a brand new order if you need a different size. You pay shipping on the original order, pay to ship it back, then pay shipping again on your new order. That's not an exchange! They need to be clear that they only handle returns and new orders, not actual exchanges.

We ran into some pricing problems when our PO was placed versus when it got approved the following week. There was also a tax complication on the first order since our tax-exempt status meant the PO couldn't include tax. The ordering system could definitely be streamlined. After calling, they did apply a promotional code to a second order when the original sale price wasn't available anymore. Since the sale had ended by approval time, we had to create a new PO and order which went through smoothly.
Don't order from here unless you want nothing but frustration and delayed shipments. Last fall I ordered uniforms and my order came in wrong. The customer service nightmare that followed was exhausting, though a senior rep eventually helped smooth things over somewhat. This year I placed another order following their timeline. They say orders take 24-48 hours to process and ship the next day. Since our registration deadline got pushed back, I was under pressure. The rep spent 50 minutes building my quote. When I called 15 minutes later to add something before paying, they told me the quote disappeared. I wasted another 50 minutes starting from scratch. They promised Thursday processing and Friday shipment. With 3-5 day shipping, that would get everything to us before Saturday games. They didn't ship when promised, and when the notification came today, it's clear they'll arrive too late for the opening games. When I called asking why they missed their deadline, I was given no real explanation.
Had to wait almost 4 months for my order to come in, but it finally showed up and everything is exactly what I ordered!!!
This is my second pair of these shoes for my daughter. The first pair made it through two seasons, which is pretty solid. We sized up this time and hoping these last just as long!

Everything arrives correct and I've never had to return anything. When items are backordered, they actually call to check on me and make sure I get taken care of, even offering replacements at the original price.
