On Returns Policy
You can return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original, intact packaging. This policy applies only to orders purchased directly from On.
To start a return, simply submit a request with your order number and email address on the On Returns page.
On covers the shipping costs for eligible returns, except orders from India, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Keep in mind that expedited shipping costs from your original order will not be refunded.
Please note: Different policies apply to Cyclon™ and Onward™ orders. Limited edition and last-season items can be refunded but not exchanged due to limited stock. Once a return request is submitted, it cannot be changed.
On Student Discount
As a student in the UK, US, France, or Germany, you can get a 10% discount by registering with UNiDAYS. You will need to be enrolled in an eligible college or university and have a valid student ID or email address.
The single-use code works on the On app in the UK, US, France, and Germany. You can get a new code once every 24 hours, even if your previous one has expired.

1. What if the email on my order is wrong?
Don't worry. While you can't change the email on a submitted order, you can still track its status. Just enter the incorrect email you used along with your order number into the online Order Tracker.
2. What if I can't find my order number?
If you don't have an On account, you can create one for free using the email address from your order. All your order details, including your order number, will be available in your “order and subscription history.”
3. Can I make changes to my order?
In the US, you have 60 minutes to cancel an order placed with free, standard shipping. Orders with expedited shipping are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
4. Can I change my delivery address?
No, you cannot change your delivery address after an order has been placed.
