On Returns Policy

You can return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original, intact packaging. This policy applies only to orders purchased directly from On.

To start a return, simply submit a request with your order number and email address on the On Returns page.

On covers the shipping costs for eligible returns, except orders from India, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Keep in mind that expedited shipping costs from your original order will not be refunded.

Please note: Different policies apply to Cyclon™ and Onward™ orders. Limited edition and last-season items can be refunded but not exchanged due to limited stock. Once a return request is submitted, it cannot be changed.

On Student Discount

As a student in the UK, US, France, or Germany, you can get a 10% discount by registering with UNiDAYS. You will need to be enrolled in an eligible college or university and have a valid student ID or email address.

The single-use code works on the On app in the UK, US, France, and Germany. You can get a new code once every 24 hours, even if your previous one has expired.

FAQs

1. What if the email on my order is wrong?

Don't worry. While you can't change the email on a submitted order, you can still track its status. Just enter the incorrect email you used along with your order number into the online Order Tracker.

2. What if I can't find my order number?

If you don't have an On account, you can create one for free using the email address from your order. All your order details, including your order number, will be available in your “order and subscription history.”

3. Can I make changes to my order?

In the US, you have 60 minutes to cancel an order placed with free, standard shipping. Orders with expedited shipping are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

4. Can I change my delivery address?

No, you cannot change your delivery address after an order has been placed.

24 hours and delivered

I ordered a pair of trainers on 26 January 2022 at midday. An email notified me that the delivery would occur by 27 January 2022. To my surprise, the items arrived precisely 24 hours after the order was placed, on 23 January 2022. The delivery service was exceptionally efficient.

I usually don’t write reviews, but after reading so many negative comments about customer service, I felt compelled to share my experience. For me, it has been nothing short of excellent.Like some other reviewers, I’ve experienced wear on the back of the sole. However, this has only occurred after roughly a year of daily use (no running), which I personally find completely reasonable from a quality standpoint. What truly stands out is how ON has handled it: every time I’ve contacted customer service about this (now for the fourth time!!!!?) I’ve received a replacement pair without any hassle FOUR TIMES!I have extensive experience with online shopping, and I can confidently say that this level of support is far from standard. It is, without question, the best customer service I’ve encountered.I wanted to add some positive feedback to balance out the negative reviews. From my perspective, I’ve always been very satisfied with ON.

Fantastic customer service

Im soo surprised to see On have such a low score. I came on trust pilot to write how unbelievably impressed ive been with them. I’ve had Cloudrock boots for a year and a few months ago they stopped being waterproof, not great in winter. I didn’t buy them direct, but sent the invoice of where I’d purchased them aswell as the evidence requested, within 2 hrs I receive a voucher for their website. You can’t beat that! Brilliant and efficient customer service. Oh and I used the voucher, and within 24hrs my new boots have arrived.,, unbelievably good experience as my hiking boots are the most comfortable and practical I’ve ever had, and I’m quite old! 🤣

I would like to say these are the best shoes on the market today.

I would like to say, I have some on shoes. I have had two particular pairs that I wear all the time. I washed them in the washing machine for the fourth time today. I do a 15 minute short wash, then take them out and air dry them. They dry quickly. I must say they look like the day I bought them. I checked the sole and everything, still as held together as the day I got them. I went to my cupboard to count just how many pairs I have. I have 8 pairs, all different styles. Well done On shoes. You are truly a force to be reckoned with!!

Comfortable, stylish backed with great service

I have had a number of pairs of Ons over the years and they are the most comfortable sport shoes I have had, along with the cool look that you don't get with some of the more ubiquitous brands.Since they are our go to brand for sports shoes, recently we have bought a few pairs for various members of family.Delivery was very fast, the turnaround between order and delivery no more than four days; in one instance, just two.Due to inconsistency in widths between different models, although having the same size we've had to make some returns and exchanges.The whole return process was free, effortless and quick. On top of which, the refund to my credit card was equally speedy.We were kept up to date with immediate and regular emails both after ordering and returning.Finding the right fit makes the shoes as good as they have ever been and I have no hesitation in recommending them for quality, looks and service.

Stains included

I bought a pair of white On sneakers, but straight out of the box they look more like Golden Goose- complete with brown stains included. Unexpectedly great customer service!

Had an issue with my Cloudmonsters (love at first sight) that I purchased abroad, whilst in a rush to the airport. Sent in photos of the defect to the warranty team, not expecting much based on the reviews here... However, I was actually blown away by On’s swift response! My advisor, Leslie (shout out for being SO helpful) was understanding, friendly, and organised a new pair of shoes for me within days! Honestly, amazing customer service. To those reading, I have no affiliation to the brand. Although, I am now a big fan. I will say, buying in-store is the best way to shop, as most people’s problems on here seem to stem from online orders. I know that’s not always possible but best to rule out all the back and fourth of delivery/returns/refunds. Try before you buy and have that handy fallback of in-store inspections for any rare issues. If you don’t have a store near you and/or are super fussy (which I also am), plenty of other brands out there to try :)

Bought my On sneakers on December 2024…

Bought my On sneakers on December 2024 and on May 2025 got damaged inside one pair and sent photos ending with a courtesy digital gift card to re-order the shoes.

Good experience

Looks like i’m in the minority here. I have ordered 2 pairs of trainers from ON In the last 6 months and can only say each time they were delivered within 4 days. Communication was good as well
