Got an i06 straight from the company's website and used it for 2 weeks before it started acting up and needed repair. Why would a brand new brush need repair? If I'd bought this at a retail store, I could've just swapped it out or gotten my money back. It's been sitting with their repair team for almost a week now. All I got was one text saying they received it. Unbelievable service and I won't be buying from them again. These aren't cheap items either.

Oral-B switched up how you can tell replacement heads apart for their electric brushes. The old system was great - each person got a different colored ring (blue, pink, green, yellow) that popped right off and was super easy to spot. Now the new replacement heads come with a permanent white ring and some small icons instead. That makes it way harder to tell whose brush head is whose. I called their customer service and they told me to try running hot water over the ring for at least 10 seconds to remove it, but that didn't work. When I emailed them back, they said they're moving to this new streamlined setup with the white rings and icons that's supposed to make things better. I've picked up multiple packs of the new ones and the icons are barely noticeable unless you really stare at them. They're not easy to identify at all, which defeats the whole point.

I've tested out several Oral-B floss products lately - Deep Clean, Deep Clean Comfort, and Satinfloss - and they all feel plasticky and cheap. None of them seem to actually grab food particles well. I'm done with Oral-B floss for good. Heads up to other shoppers - you might want to skip their floss options.

Watch out with this product. I spoke with a customer service rep who made some pretty rude comments over the phone, including threats about sharing my information. That's really concerning. This floss can actually cut your fingers pretty badly too. Overall disappointing experience with their service and product quality. Look elsewhere.

Just bought an Oral B iO model and I'm confused about it. The manual is this massive 26 page booklet with all these languages mixed together. Then there's this 10 page picture guide.
