The returns process is really problematic, and support from OB is basically nonexistent. I did exactly what they instructed for the return, but customs rejected the shipment. Turns out OB seems clueless about how returns work outside the EU and US, and their return forms don't account for international customers. Now I'm stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit and don't want to waste more money trying their process again when it might not work anyway. Even their concierge team seems confused. If you're ordering from outside the EU or US, heads up: this company doesn't seem set up for international returns.
