Some of their products are okay but as a company they come across as arrogant and overpriced. Their fragrances are ridiculous - charging eighteen to twenty dollars with free shipping is reasonable, but twenty-seven dollars plus seven dollars shipping? That's unrealistic. You need to hit fifty bucks for free shipping which feels like a cash grab. People are struggling with inflation and companies charging these high prices without reasonable free shipping options just don't get it. If Pacifica doesn't adapt to how people are spending money these days, I don't think they'll stick around. They need to listen when customers say free shipping should be easier to get to and show they actually value their shoppers. Right now they don't, and their reviews reflect that.

UPDATE: After I complained, someone did reach out by email and eventually they gave me my money back. I'm adding a star for that. But honestly I would have preferred to get what I originally ordered. They really need to work on how their customer service handles problems and how they process orders. ORIGINAL: I've been waiting five weeks for a missing item from my order! I've called them ten times but only actually talked to someone twice because they hang up after six minutes! The few times I did reach a person they said they'd send it to the fulfillment team but nothing ever happens. Their customer service team is overseas too, so everything feels scripted and unhelpful. Even though the item is back in stock now, it still hasn't shipped. I won't be ordering from them again.

This is really concerning because plastic particles can get absorbed into your skin just like when you ingest them. These products contain harmful chemicals that your body never gets rid of and can cause serious health issues including cancer. I emailed their customer service team about this safety issue so they'd know. After an initial response where they said management was looking into it, they basically ignored the problem. This is very irresponsible of them. It also shows they don't really care about customer safety, which contradicts all their marketing about being a clean and safe company. With so many other quality brands available out there, I wouldn't recommend risking your health on their products when you have better options.

I had a really bad reaction to these beauty products. My face developed large red patches that were uncomfortable. On top of that, the packaging isn't great and the liquid formulas are so thick they won't dispense through the pump properly. I've had to remove the pump and use cotton swabs to get the product out.
