  2. Once you have selected your desired package or room, proceed to the shopping cart or reservation summary page.
  3. Look for a field labeled 'promo code,' 'discount code,' or 'coupon code' before you finalize payment.
  4. Enter your code into that field and click 'apply' or 'redeem' to see the discount reflected in your total.
  5. Complete your booking by entering your payment and contact information to confirm your reservation.

Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • The code may have expired; check the offer details on RetailCoupons.com to confirm the current expiration date before attempting to use it.
  • Some codes apply only to specific destinations, package types, or travel dates, so verify your selection matches the code's restrictions.
  • Ensure you have entered the code exactly as shown, with no extra spaces or typos, since most systems are case-sensitive.
  • The code may not be combinable with other promotions or ongoing sales; Palace Resorts may restrict stacking of discounts.
  • Your booking may not qualify if it falls outside the code's valid date range or if it involves a special rate that excludes promotions.
  • Contact Palace Resorts customer service directly if a valid code refuses to apply; they can investigate technical issues or manually apply the discount.

Palace Resorts Savings Hacks

Book during off-peak seasons

Travel during shoulder seasons or weekdays rather than peak vacation times to access naturally lower rates that sometimes stack with available promo codes for maximum savings.

Sign up for email notifications

Subscribe to Palace Resorts' mailing list to receive exclusive codes and early access to seasonal promotions that may not be publicly advertised.

Check RetailCoupons.com regularly

Palace Resorts rotates offers frequently through its affiliate programs, so return to the top of this page often to see what new codes have become available.

Compare multi-night packages

Longer stays sometimes offer better per-night discounts, and applying a promo code on top can yield significant total savings compared to booking shorter visits.

Verify loyalty program benefits

If you are a returning guest or member of any travel loyalty program, confirm whether your membership offers additional discounts that might complement a promo code.

Palace Resorts Shipping Policy

Palace Resorts specializes in vacation packages and hotel bookings rather than physical goods, so traditional shipping does not apply. Your reservation confirmation and booking details will be delivered via email after you complete your purchase, and you should receive information about check-in procedures and any pre-arrival instructions from the resort.

Palace Resorts Returns & Refund Policy

Return policies for vacation packages and hotel bookings typically depend on the specific package terms and how far in advance you booked. Review the cancellation and modification policy listed in your reservation confirmation, as vacation packages often have strict deadlines; contact Palace Resorts customer service directly for details on your specific booking or to discuss options if your travel plans change.

Palace Resorts receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 20 shoppers rating the company at 1.7 out of 5. The most serious complaints involve unauthorized charges (including a case where $8,700 was charged nine months before a scheduled trip), broken promises on complimentary stays earned through loyalty, and alleged detention of guests over payment disputes. Long-term customers report sudden changes in service quality and what they describe as fraudulent business practices. A small segment of reviewers (15 percent) gave five-star ratings, but positive feedback is minimal compared to the volume of severe complaints about billing practices, customer service failures, and contract disputes.

Recurring issues include unauthorized credit card charges that resulted in overdraft fees and foreign exchange charges, refusal to honor advertised benefits and earned rewards, and difficulties resolving disputes. Reviewers characterize the company as untrustworthy and recommend avoiding the brand entirely, with some suggesting competitors like Hilton as alternatives. The concentration of one-star ratings (80 percent) reflects consistent dissatisfaction across billing, customer service, and contract fulfillment.

I reserved a stay at Moon Palace resort in Cancun through Booking.com with the option to pay when I arrive. Without any permission, the resort charged my credit card nine months before my trip was supposed to happen. They took out $8,700, which hit me with bank charges, foreign exchange fees, and maxed out my available credit. I cancelled the whole vacation right away and they told me I'd get my money back within two weeks, but nearly five weeks later, still no refund.

We'd been loyal to Palace resorts for 16 years and were happy until this year. To make a long story short, we were promised a complimentary week-long stay that we had earned. When we called to book it, they told us it was an error on their end and refused to help us resolve it. That's the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. I can't recommend Palace resorts to anyone anymore.

This is a fraudulent organization and should be banned from operating inside the United States.

Stop keeping Americans detained over political disputes. Steer clear of The Palace until they let go of the two Americans held over a timeshare disagreement that American Express already authorized for refund. This makes Palace Resorts look really bad, holding people like this.

These people are fraudsters who break their word. Don't purchase anything from them!

Kevin H.Mar 28, 2025

Total waste. Get out now. Check out places like Hilton where you know they won't fleece you.

Frank D.Mar 28, 2025

The people running this hotel chain deserve consequences for what they do. You're getting called out everywhere across the globe.

Morgan K.Mar 27, 2025

The business practices here are absolutely terrible and gross.

Susan N.Mar 27, 2025

The conditions here are poor with bed bugs and roaches throughout. The management and workers are hostile and the whole establishment should be shut down.

Rachel S.Mar 26, 2025

Don't book here. Corrupt business. You won't be safe.

Derek T.Mar 26, 2025

When I tried to file a complaint over the phone, I got the complete runaround. They kept hanging up on me and all I heard was constant offers to book a reservation. I would not stay here under any circumstances. The phone system is a mess and totally reflects how little they care about their guests. Stay far away! This whole operation is a con.

I've been with Palace since 2010 and attended countless upgrade and update sessions over the years, so I need to caution folks about signing these deals. Every time I've agreed to new contracts, I end up losing benefits I originally had, and nobody tells you this upfront. You think upgrading means keeping what you have while getting more, but that's not how it works. They ask for your credit card for a deposit before the contract is even written. Then when you see the actual paperwork, it's totally different from what the sales rep promised. They zoom through the contract really fast, highlighting only the good stuff and glossing over what's being taken away. Plus the text on the tablet is so tiny you can't really read much of it. They did add a 5-day window to review and cancel, but at that point you're still vacationing without lawyer access, and reading the document on your phone is nearly impossible. I went through this in December and cancelled within 5 days. It then took several months to get my credit card refunded and I had to dispute the charges to get my money back.

Moon Palace operates in a very unethical manner. We got a price quote for a week-long vacation and paid it in full. Several weeks down the line they phoned saying we needed to pay an extra $1000. Since we'd already bought plane tickets, we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. We're now in contact with the Better Business Bureau, and it turns out there are tons of complaints. Avoid this place.

Watch Out for Shady Deals at Le Blanc. My experience at Le Blanc was spoiled by a dishonest promotion I feel I should tell others about. When leaving, my group got offered what looked like an awesome deal: a certificate worth $299 per night for up to four nights. The pitch seemed clear, so we bought in. When I tried to actually use it, I found out the reality was completely different from what was pitched. Instead of paying $299 per night, the actual value depends on current rates and some mystery discount applied at booking time. This was never mentioned during the sales conversation. Basically, we paid $299 upfront for something with unclear value. This deceptive sales approach is really frustrating and feels like it's meant to trick departing guests. The way they hide details and avoid being transparent makes it obvious the promotion is designed to confuse and trick people. If you're thinking about this kind of offer or anything similar, be careful.

Palace Resorts will take advantage of you. They're dishonest and their membership scams are terrible. Don't join. You have no way to fight back. Complete rip-off.
