Then I had to email and waited two weeks just to be told a panel was missing. The whole thing feels cheap and flimsy, no better than something from any regular store. I'd rather have gone to a big box retailer where you get actual support for the same price.

The real problem is the instructions. The parts list didn't match what was actually in the boxes. Said PE4 5 6 7 and 8 but the box had PE3 5 6 7 and 8. There were extra PE7 pieces. Then halfway through building, the parts stopped having letters and only had numbers. Building this thing felt like doing a jigsaw puzzle. I wouldn't suggest this to someone who hasn't built things before.
The hardware that comes with this is super important and honestly the screws they included are terrible. Might as well not put them in the box. The paper instructions are awful. Even their online tutorial videos don't help much. The shipping caused some damage to one wall panel with holes that need fixing before rain gets in since this is made of resin. They really need to hire someone good at writing directions. The hardware quality needs a major upgrade too.
Assembly turned out to be pretty simple once I followed the guide carefully. The way everything was numbered made sense. All the fasteners and hardware were there. The instruction manual and video were really well done. The only part where I needed help was putting the rafters together.

Great shed overall! Took a while to complete since I had to get permits and pour a foundation. Added some drainage vents too. Really pleased with how it turned out. Wish the instructions had more tips and tricks written out. Got everything right though and the roof is solid with no water coming in.
