The only reason I subscribed was to get access to my local NBC channels, but I never could get them to work. I spent weeks asking their support team to fix it with no results. This problem has been happening for two months straight. I already paid the whole year upfront and they refused to give me a refund while also doing nothing to resolve the problem. It feels like a con. They keep making excuses and dragging their feet instead of actually helping.

I'd rate this lower than one star if possible. The whole app is broken. Even paying for premium, ads are everywhere, and whenever an ad finishes playing the app freezes and won't go back to your show. Complete garbage. How is this legal?

Peacock is totally unreasonable. They're jamming ads into every tier they offer. You pay extra for premium and still get six commercials plus ads at the start? No chance I'm paying for another month. Awful service from an awful company. Until they get real and compete on fair terms, good luck keeping customers.

The Olympic coverage through Peacock has been really disappointing overall. They cut to commercials during live sports randomly without notice. A lot of supposedly live streams are actually just frozen screens with messages saying "event finished" or "event starts in a moment." We subscribed mainly for Olympics but we've been using USA and YouTube TV instead since at least those work properly. We're dropping Peacock right after the Games wrap up. The subscription fee doesn't add up for what you get.
