This worked really well under my eyes. I kept checking myself out in the mirror throughout the day. There was some white residue but that's only because I applied too much too quickly.

Either I got a counterfeit product or something's wrong. I got absolutely nothing from it. Not even the white residue that everyone else complains about. Pretty frustrated with this purchase.

Got the new PTR FirmX eye tightener that was supposed to solve the residue problem. Applied smoothly and the tightening felt great at first, so I was excited. Then I looked in the mirror an hour later and it was a complete disaster. White residue everywhere - on my eyelids, under my eyes, around my smile lines. All of it looked chalky and gross. This is the updated version they promised would fix this issue, but it clearly didn't work. I'm angry I spent money on this and really grateful I didn't leave the house. Come on PTR, you need to fix this.

I bought this eye cream for reducing puffiness since I've had good luck with similar products from other brands. This one is useless though. It just sits on your skin like a greasy film without any tightening or drying action. Try another brand instead.

Total waste of money! It's just a greasy, sticky cream that does absolutely nothing. The tube came half full, packaging looks cheap, and the product is basically useless. Very disappointed. I'd return it but they won't take it back once you've opened it.

I don't get the negative reviews about the firmx eye cream because mine arrived today and it's fantastic. The difference is immediate and I can already tell I'll be using this regularly from now on.

This is amazing stuff. My daughter gave it to me as a birthday gift and I absolutely love it. Be careful about counterfeits though. I bought some from an online marketplace recently and every single one was fake. After reporting them the seller got removed. If you find it at a crazy low price and it doesn't work, you got a knockoff. The real seal should be white and tough to open. A silver seal means you've been fooled.
