This was easily the worst shopping experience I've had online. I ordered on December 1st and the first package arrived with a broken bottle, clearly they pack things carelessly and don't check quality. The replacement took until December 22nd to arrive, almost a month total. Worse than that, customer service completely refused to take responsibility for the damage or delay. They just blamed the delivery company like that's somehow my problem. I paid Phlur, not the courier, so the company I bought from needs to stand behind the product. A brand claiming to be premium should never handle things this poorly. They were slow to help, took no responsibility, and showed zero care for their customers. This isn't acceptable. Phlur clearly doesn't back what they sell. I'm done with them and warn others to shop elsewhere.

The perfume is cheap and weak. Customer service is terrible. This brand reminds me of Kayali, pretty sure they're also Canadian, and I'm avoiding both of them. Phlur is even worse though because the quality is lower and it smells cheap too. Definitely not worth your money. At least you know who you're dealing with so you can stay away.

Most of their fragrances are pretty dull, maybe except for one. The scent wears off in about fifteen minutes. The vanilla doesn't even smell like vanilla, and everything feels overhyped given how long it actually lasts. Their customer service is somehow even worse than the product quality, which is saying something. You basically can't reach them, and when you do, they're rude and dismissive.

These fragrances don't have any staying power. The scent disappears in about half an hour, which means you're constantly reapplying throughout the day. I've seen the same complaint across reviews for basically every product they sell, including their scented deodorants. It's frustrating to pay for something that doesn't actually work or last. Total waste of money.

Placed my order on the 17th and haven't received anything or any shipping updates. They're not responding to my emails either, and the website is down. Pretty sketchy.

I placed my order on the 3rd and spent weeks checking the tracking. By the 19th, it still just said in transit between facilities with no real progress. I emailed asking for an update and got a dismissive response telling me to be patient. I asked for my refund multiple times after that with no replies. Then it supposedly showed as delivered but never arrived at my door. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank because the company wouldn't help.

This is a scam. They take your money and never send your order.

I ordered a vanilla duo sampler but got a single random bottle of something I didn't order from a different brand called Roxelis. The packaging said it was made in China and it smells absolutely disgusting. When I contacted customer service with photos and all the details, they gave me the runaround. First they asked for numbers from inside the box that didn't exist, then they wanted different photo formats. After that I heard nothing. This feels like a total scam.

I got the Missing Person perfume after trying their oil version, which was nice but too subtle. I thought the eau de parfum would be stronger with better staying power, especially at that price. Boy was I wrong. This stuff is basically invisible. I sprayed it multiple times and still couldn't detect it myself, and my husband couldn't smell it either. There's zero projection or longevity whatsoever. For something labeled as eau de parfum, it performs like a faint spritz that disappears instantly. The concept is nice but the execution is really disappointing. I won't be ordering again.

Really frustrated with how this company treated me. The customer service rep I dealt with didn't even try to fix my problems. First, they raised the price after I added something to my cart as a member and charged me fifty dollars extra without applying my member discount to a new item called Vanilla Smoke, which tastes disgusting anyway. I was also supposed to get a free sample with that order and never received it or anything from my previous order. I asked twice to cancel but got nowhere. I used to love their vanilla skin scent, but now I'm done. Most companies give customers a heads up about price increases, but not these guys. They clearly don't care about customer loyalty. Their responses don't even have a name signed to them so you don't know who you're talking to. They still owe me the free sample from both orders. This customer service person really needs better training. It's sad because I used to like shopping here.

Customer service here is really bad. I bought their Missing Person perfume and honestly, it smells awful, cheap and unpleasant. I wanted to return it but found out they won't accept returns. Lesson learned the hard way. The fragrance is so bad that even my coworkers, about 30 of them, wouldn't wear it. It ended up in the trash.

Got their sampler set to try different scents and it looked great when it arrived, but most of the spray bottles are broken and don't work. You can't open them to try any other way either. I asked about a refund or exchange since I literally can't use them, but they said they don't do returns on samplers, travel sizes, body care, or anything bought with a coupon code. That's ridiculous. Some of the ones I managed to test would've been worth buying, but if they won't stand behind their stuff, I'm done. I'll stick with brands that actually cost half as much and work properly.

I ordered Missing Person and when my package was delivered, it wasn't where it should have been. A couple packages went missing from my neighborhood that day, which is unusual. I reached out to both Phlur and another luxury brand about it. Phlur jumped on it immediately and resent my order without any hassle. The other company is still dragging their feet. Really impressed with how fast Phlur took care of the problem. They treated me like a valued customer with actual service. The scent is fantastic too, so overall very happy with this company. Definitely recommending them!

I'm really disappointed with what happened to Phlur after the ownership change. It used to be so special with great marketing, amazing scents, and wonderful deals. The shopping experience felt like visiting a luxury French perfumery where they explained the inspiration and craftsmanship behind each fragrance. Now it's completely different. They've discontinued some of my favorite scents and removed the individual perfumer information that made it unique. The new collection feels generic and teenager-focused rather than sophisticated. The quality seems questionable under new management. Their current promotions are lame too, free shipping used to be standard, and they'd do 50% off full-size bottles. What was once my go-to perfume company is now just another disappointing store with overpriced mediocre stuff.
