Absolutely terrible experience. They printed my book with placeholder text that said 'Your text appears here in gold foil' right on the front cover. When I told them, they first said they'd replace it no charge. Then they flipped and said it was actually my mistake. How could this possibly be my fault? Do not order from this company.

Really thrilled with how my book turned out. I was worried about the print quality since I've worked in graphics and printing my whole career and know what good looks like. The software is easy to figure out and does everything you need for photos, text, and images. I ordered five copies in both hardback and paperback and they all look great. Thinking about ordering way more if they do bulk discounts. Super impressed with everything from start to finish and can't wait to do more projects with them.

Used to be happy with their Royal Mail service, but now they switched to Amazon shipping and it's been a nightmare. I wasn't told about this change before ordering. Got an email from Amazon at 10am saying they couldn't access my place, which makes no sense since I was home all day. There's no way to fix the address or pick a different delivery time. If this is permanent, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Been a customer for years and this is really disappointing.

This photobook is really well done. The images look stunning and the paper is top quality. Really love the linen-bound covers and how they feel. Their website makes it easy to build your book, though we like having control over individual page layouts instead of letting the software auto-arrange. Plus there are always great deals happening, so you get amazing value. We've ordered twice now and we're definitely coming back.
