Decided to try this brand since it claims to be hypoallergenic, but there are so many issues. The biggest problem was their customer service taking over a month to respond about a damaged item, which meant I missed the return window. The replacement they sent was broken too. I tested the Organic Wear Purifying Cleansing Stick and it simply didn't work as a cleanser. The Mineral Wear Diamond Lip Oil felt like cheap lip gloss and actually triggered an allergic reaction for me, so I had to switch back to my regular European brand. The Mineral Wear Diamond Dust Luminous Corrector was just a shiny product that did nothing useful. The Mineral Wear Diamond Perfector Color Correcting Primer felt like thick liquid goop and didn't function like a primer at all. Overall these items made my skin worse, and their support team is completely unresponsive. None of these products are worth what they charge.

I've been loyal to this brand for a long time and their products have never let me down until recently. Their powder formula seems to have changed because I keep getting visible cracks and it's become really difficult to apply properly. Has anyone else noticed this issue with their powders lately? I'd love to hear if this is happening to other people too

My order arrived with 2 of the 6 highlighter and blush pieces completely shattered. I reached out to their support team and surprisingly got someone on the line, though they hadn't responded to my email beforehand. This representative instructed me to snap some pictures and email them over for either a replacement or refund. When I asked for their email address, she said she'd look it up and put me on hold. After 5 minutes, the call just dropped from their end without warning. I tried calling back five separate times after that with no luck. The actual makeup seems fine, but if anything goes wrong with your order, you're pretty much on your own. I only ordered this online because it wasn't available at my local stores, and honestly I regret it given all the negative feedback about their support.

This is honestly the worst product I've ever purchased from this company. It makes your skin look thick and heavy, not good at all. The idea sounds promising but the actual formula just doesn't work. For almost 17 dollars, you can do way better somewhere else.

These products are fantastic, especially since they're made with only natural and vegan ingredients. That's a huge selling point for me.

I was supposed to receive 8 items total, but the package only had three things in it including the promotional freebies. I sent them an email asking about the missing items and didn't hear back. I also tried calling their customer service 15 different times without anyone picking up. Luckily I paid with PayPal, which let me file a claim and get my money back.

I actually do enjoy most of Physicians Formula items, but my experience buying from their website has been really frustrating. After two months, I've had one package go missing, another that never showed up, and I'm still waiting on my refund.
