Service was pretty rough. We waited over 40 minutes just for desserts and had to remind staff about them. They brought one out and then completely forgot about the second one! Either they don't have enough people working or they need a better system to keep track of what they're making.
They messed up what I ordered and threw in a £15 voucher as an apology, but that's basically useless since there's still a minimum order amount for delivery. So I'm stuck paying full price anyway (£17). Really disappointing.
Celebrated a birthday at the Stratford Upon Avon location and had an incredible time. Manager Jake was outstanding and really looked out for us. He checked with everyone about what they wanted on the buffet pizzas and made sure there was plenty of cheesy garlic bread, my wife's favorite. Great atmosphere and staff!
Ordered from the Lewisham location and the delivery driver Sri was fantastic, super polite and got the food to me hot. Really happy with how it all turned out!

Quick delivery and the driver was really nice. Ordered 2 pizzas using the buy one get one free deal and added a side around 6:30pm in Coventry, and we had everything by 7:06pm. First time trying this place and the food was actually really good!

The team at the Loudwater location really went the extra mile for my son who has Aspergers. They found us a nice quiet spot and made him feel totally comfortable. He actually said he wants to move in! The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. The manager Russ is absolutely wonderful!
