DO NOT ORDER! The cards themselves are cute and original and funny. The concept is great but the execution is terrible. They're incredibly slow at fulfilling orders, tracking information is basically nonexistent, and when something doesn't arrive they blame the postal service instead of taking responsibility. They offer zero accountability or solutions and simply don't provide what they say they will. There are tons of other options out there for card printing and mailing, use someone else.
Don't bother with this company. My holiday cards never showed up. Their tracking is a fake and a joke. They claimed Sunday delivery then Christmas and can't prove they even shipped my cards. With the quantity I sent, at least one should have arrived by now. This is a joke of an operation.

Looking back, they sent 4 cards total - 2 initially then 2 more - and we only received 1. My mom still doesn't have hers. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank and got refunded. My advice: stay away from this company.

This company is nearly incompetent. Standard first class mail gets there in 3 days. They must be using some super cheap bulk rate for printed materials. Disappointing.

This deserves zero stars if possible. I used them for baby shower invitations because they handle addressing and mailing. Two guests have already told me they got the right envelope but with an invitation for someone else's wedding inside. This is a serious issue and I'd warn anyone planning an important event to look elsewhere.
The delivery speed is way too slow and they're not being truthful about how fast things ship. On Friday I got a notification saying my cards had shipped. But looking at the USPS tracking, nothing had actually been picked up yet. Monday rolled around before the post office even grabbed them. And USPS said they wouldn't arrive until the following Saturday. That's 10 days from when I ordered. Even if I hand-delivered to the post office myself I don't think they'd have made it by Christmas.
Really disappointed with the quality. Our batch of 30 Christmas postcards all had horizontal lines across them from poor ink coverage. When I tried getting them to fix it they refused. The excuse they gave doesn't hold up. They claimed the postal service conveyor belt marks them occasionally, but if that were true then not every single card would be marked the same way, some would be unmarked, and some would have marks on the back. None of that is the case - every postcard has the same defect on the front. Not only is the product bad but their customer service won't help.
