Some lounges are much better than others, and Priority Pass gives you access to places like the one in Madrid plus one in Argentina, which is great in theory. The Madrid location is spacious with tons of food and drink options, while the Argentina spot has just a few seats, a coffee machine, some sandwiches, and a small fridge. You'd think they'd rate differently but Priority Pass treats them the same. Even worse, I've been blocked from four out of my last six flights because of overbooking, and they wanted extra fees on top of my membership. Canceling has been a nightmare too. When I asked to stop my membership after paying several hundred pounds, they said fine and my card would work until it expired. Two days later, they emailed saying they'd charge me for a renewal. I had to call my bank to stop them from pulling any more money. This company is shady and should be avoided.

I'm calling this a total scam and won't recommend it. I spent £60 on a yearly membership and ran into problems right away. When I tried booking a lounge three weeks ahead, it showed fully booked unless I paid extra. Same thing happened four months before another trip. The third time I attempted it, I finally got space for my group of five using my passes, which seemed great at around £6 per person. But when we checked in, they charged £120 to my card, bringing it back to full price at £30 each. Eight months into this and I haven't gotten a single discount or free access. I should have looked at the reviews before signing up because the company sits below three stars for good reason.

Really let down by my Priority Pass membership, especially when trying to use it at Stansted and Dublin. Stansted had zero available options across all three of my flights, and Dublin Terminal 1 only had the Garden Terrace restaurant. The Escape Lounge at Stansted where I loved going last year has shut down, which makes my membership basically useless now.

Absolutely the worst for actually getting someone to help you. I've been trying to cancel for about six months straight and they just keep charging my bank account without processing anything. If you're thinking about getting this for lounge access, honestly you'd save money just booking a lounge directly yourself.

My visit to the MCO lounge was fantastic. There was loads of food available and the crew took great care of us. We had plenty of seats to choose from and didn't have to wait at all. Getting the membership through my credit card made the whole process painless.

My experience turned out to be frustrating when I discovered that Priority Pass doesn't actually work anywhere outside your home country. I was shocked trying all the customer service numbers because none of them are reachable when you're stuck abroad and need help. It only functions in your country of residence, nowhere else.

First year using Priority Pass and we couldn't be happier with the lounges we've checked out, including ones at SFO, TPE, CRK, OAK, and HNL. The HNL lounge keeps things simple with just soft drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks, but it still offers a nice break from the chaos of the terminals. Plus the staff at each location has been really friendly and accommodating.

This membership really came through for us. Priority Pass made finding a comfortable spot to relax before our flight super straightforward. The Air India Lounge at JFK isn't huge and shows some wear, but it was exactly what we needed. We'd absolutely come back and use it on our next trip to JFK.

On our flight out of Taipei, we stopped into the Oriental Club Lounge at Taoyuan Airport Terminal 2 like we always do. Over the past five years, we've been there many times and they never disappoint. The lounge maintains excellent standards when it comes to cleanliness, helpful staff, and the quality of their food offerings. Their beef noodles made fresh to order are absolutely fantastic. Honestly, I could eat two bowls any time of day, whether it's early morning or late night. Absolutely delicious!

My experience with this service has been nothing but positive so far. I'm heading out on a trip in a couple of weeks and looking forward to using it again!

The food here stays consistently fresh with great produce and vegetables. It would be wonderful if they offered some Kosher options in the Athens location.
