Worst costumer service ever!!!

Worst costumer service ever!!!! I spend 3 hours trying to get help I talked with 5 people and any of the could give me a solution that the same company cause because they cancelled my order and they weren’t able to give me back my rewards. Took 5 people to do that I lose 3 hours for the worst costumer service and not even of that a girl called MARY was so disrespectful and rude and she was not able to help me and once that I say that I need to contact with a supervisor she just close our chat help. Worst experience on costumer service even knowing that I work on that. I will never order again in that website. Poor knowledge of the workers because one says something and the next one was saying that they couldn’t help me. They make me lose time and patience because most all the doesn’t even know what they were doing. The only one that help me and took her 5 minutes to do it was Jennifer thanks to her I don’t spend another hour more trying to get help!!! Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

Terrible customer service

Resolved after posting negative review on Facebook. I placed an order for 25 items ($170). They shipped the incorrect order and I received 4 fine fragrance mists. I have contacted them numerous times and they refused to resend my order since fedex shows the package delivered. I’ve sent pictures of the delivery, measurement of the box including the tracking number, and the items received. To date I’ve managed to get them to refund $13.09 for 2 items no longer available and a refund in the amount of $65.44. This is not even close to the amount of the items that I purchased. the refund amount should have been $150.54 (163.63-13.09). I am still out $85.10 for items that were not shipped to me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Don't expect any sort of accommodation with an online order

Placed an order online and before leaving town I stopped to pick it up, and was told it would be later before i could pick it up. Thats it, no specific time..couldnt grab my few items for me and get me out of there, nothing. And not that I wanted special treatment, but I was there and the people on the list ahead of me were not..why couldnt they take the 2 mins and get my items so I could leave town. But the fact that they were completely rude about it and made me stand at the register for now going on 30 mins is ridiculous! They could have told me a hundred other ways that would have been nicer than what they did. Do not shop Alexandria, LA bath and body!! Rude associates and customer service!!

I ordered online on December 12th order was excepted to arrive on the 21st. I called the online support and the are giving me the run around. Said they reorder my product but gave me the original tracking number of the lost product ponding it off as the new tracking number. I am beyond frustrated.

I was in the Midlothian store and had spent a lot of money In store I contacted the company through messenger asking why I didn’t get the free gift if you spent over an certain amount I spent over $120 on contacting them on messenger I feel they didn’t even care about my gift and I contacted them over a three day period and they haven’t responded back to me I am totally disgusted with this customer service and would advise you not to shop there

Horrible customer service

I ordered a gift card on 12/4, it says it shipped on 12/5, and 17 days later there's not even a shipping update. I go on the website and chat with the help desk, they said I'll get a replacement in 3-5 days, and of course when I chat with them again they have no record of that. So I call today, and they said the best they can do is do a refund, they can't even send me a digital gift card, I will never order from this place again

I ordered on 12-1 this year for a candle holder. I put a quantity of 2 and only received one in my order. So I called customer service. Of course this is during peak season, which I understand, but when you’re missing a part of your order that should be rushed delivery, especially during a peak season. I call customer service and they told me that within 24 hours I would have a tracking number. That never happened so I called again the following week and I was told to remain calm and not to panic by customer service, which is completely rude and then I would have my replacement candle holder before Christmas. Now another week goes by and I still don’t have a tracking number and finally today I got a tracking number and I will not receive the item until after Christmas, even though the customer representative said that I would have the replacement before Christmas. This will be the last time I ordered from Bath and body Works. I will shop locally instead and spend my money there. They need to do better. I’m not getting my replacement order till after Christmas even though I placed the original order on 12 - 1

I would leave a zero if I could

I would leave a zero if I could. BBW is only consistent at disappointing customers in online shipping. I wasted over 4 hours on phone calls and chats to find where my missing Christmas gift order was. Not a single person was able to help me other than its pending. I was told they could reship expedited by one client service person but then to find out that was a lie. I ordered this 12/12 with shipping to arrive by 12/20. No updates letting me know there was a delay. The absolute worth customer experience ever and I’m actually shocked they are still in business. I give them maybe 1-2 years before they claim bankruptcy like many other retailers with terrible customer support and policies. My order was $150 and I was told no refund could be given until delivery. Boycott them at all costs!

I had the worst experience ordering…

I had the worst experience ordering from their website. Never again! They don't tell you they're out of a product until you put it in your cart. Two items went missing in my cart. 😡. The next day when trying to login, they didn't recognize my password. I had a chat with Mona, who was no help at all, and would never answer my question of why I had to change it. She said she sent a link to my email to change it. She didn't. I tried again to sign in and it worked with my password. This company has no idea what they're doing! They are all idiots!
