When I finally got a response weeks later, they told me to contact the postal inspector, fill out a formal letter saying I never got the package, and they'd handle it through claims. After countless phone calls and emails, I just kept getting the runaround about their insurance company supposedly following up with me. No replacement offer, no refund either, even though I've asked multiple times. I've ordered from them before, thankfully not for big purchases, but this experience has pushed me to JM Bullion and SD Bullion where the customer service is actually responsive and caring. Two months in and still no phone call with an update on my missing metals. Don't put yourself through this frustration.

This is terrible customer service and they ought to rebrand themselves because they clearly don't care about their customers. Never coming back here.
