I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told to wait 5 business days. Never heard from anyone. I'm done with them and telling everyone about this awful experience. They don't deserve loyal customers and their prices are inflated anyway. If I could give negative stars, I would.
This deserves a zero rating honestly. If you ever need to send something back and stop your payment plan, you're in for a fight. They keep pulling money from your paycheck, and my coworker has been struggling with this for months. Every single week they promise to fix it, but then the next paycheck comes with a different amount taken out. It's criminal. Their customer service people can't actually solve anything. Just go straight to the BBB or file with the FTC instead. This company is terrible.

Wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order for two items and somehow they generated two different tracking numbers even though it should have been one shipment going to the UPS store. The store says they never got it. Their paperwork claims they have a picture of it dropped at a green door, but the bag never made it to me or anyone else. The tracking number doesn't show any delivery info. I paid over a thousand dollars for that designer bag and never received it. They're taking my money without delivering. That bag was supposed to have a signature requirement anyway, so I don't understand how someone else would have gotten it without my signature. I'm pursuing legal action. I shouldn't owe that amount for something I never got. I can't recommend this place to anyone. They're straight up scamming customers. You spend all this money expecting to get your stuff, but then it vanishes when a signature is required.
Would give zero stars if possible. My issues started back in January. I booked a flight and hotel and somehow the hotel got added to my cart twice without me noticing until I saw the confirmation. I called right away to get the duplicate room removed and was told to submit an insurance claim, which didn't make sense. When I checked in, the hotel refunded the duplicate room back to the company, but they refused to send my refund even though they got the money. Then my final payment date was supposed to be mid-February but they keep taking money out. When I called, they said it takes 60 days which doesn't add up. Someone from their team called and claimed they got my last payment at the end of February with no overpayment to return, but that's completely false. I have records of every paycheck showing money was taken through mid-February but there's a payment missing. They need to send back the extra money they got. I also got another charge taken out when I spoke to someone else there.
