This line completely transformed my hair. A lot of other brands cost double the price and don't come close to the results. I use both the shampoo and conditioner every single day. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.

I've done deep conditioning masks this past week trying to fix it, but even those haven't gotten my hair back to how it was before I started using Pureology. I can't recommend this product to anyone. As a student, spending this much on shampoo and conditioner was a huge investment that completely disappointed me.

Their website is terrible. It took me three separate attempts just to complete an order. I sent an email to customer service and got nothing back. When I finally managed to get through with my order, they sent me the wrong product. I called and the representative told me I had to return it myself at my own cost and basically brushed off everything else I brought up.

I'm pretty sure I got a fake bottle of their conditioner, even though the seller claimed it came straight from the company. The smell is completely off compared to the real product I've used for years. It doesn't have that salon quality at all. I kept using it anyway hoping it would work, but now my hair feels like straw. I've reported this counterfeit bottle to the seller.

I spent almost $100 on their volume shampoo and conditioner and it's a total letdown. The stuff is honestly garbage. I can't even run a comb through my hair after using it. And their claim about getting 80 shampoos from one bottle is completely false. I won't touch this brand again. Biolage is way better.

I asked for someone higher up who could actually cancel orders, since this whole situation seems ridiculous.

Their strength shampoo turned my hair brassy and now it's becoming thin and shedding everywhere. Plus it gets super sticky even 10 minutes after I rinse it. Skip this product completely.

This is honestly the best sulfate-free shampoo I've tried for my long hair extensions. It also has an amazing scent.

Yesterday morning I got an email saying my order was complete. That freaked me out because I never placed one. Plus, they didn't send me the usual heads-up email a few days before the subscription order was supposed to ship. I thought my account got hacked, but then I figured out that Pureology just never notified me the order was coming. I contacted them immediately, just hours after they sent that email. They emailed back saying it was too late to stop it, and I'd have to mail it back at my own cost. When I called them, same answer. No way to cancel and no prepaid return label. Both times I reached out, I explained that I had gotten zero notification my order would be shipped.
