Why would you not give customers any documentation of their purchases? I hosted a party and was never given details about total sales even though I was supposed to get a cut. Worse than that, it's been over a month and I still don't have my merchandise. The people working for this company are hurting its reputation.

I'm trying to figure out if they forgot to actually put any scent in this bottle? The packaging is gorgeous but I can't smell anything inside! I spent almost eighty bucks and have no clue what I actually paid for! This will never happen again. You got me this time but that's it! This whole thing feels like a scam. I want a refund!

I went to a Pure Romance party outside the Perth area as a guest. The presenter did a decent job overall but things took a turn once we went to her van to shop. A bunch of us felt pushed into buying and honestly treated pretty poorly if we weren't dropping serious cash. I get that it was a late night event running until 9pm with travel on top of that, so I understand she wanted to wrap up and go. Still, the attitude was pretty harsh. I got hit with a bill over $400 for a handful of basic products. I started removing things to bring the total down, ended up cutting off a big item that would've saved me over $200. The consultant's response to that was unbelievably disrespectful. I was fine paying the remaining $200 but her behavior was so off-putting that I decided to walk away empty handed instead, which was really disappointing. And I wasn't the only one who felt this way. I can't understand how this consultant maintains success with that kind of attitude.

The actual party was enjoyable and the consultant did a solid job presenting. But things got really messy after that. Communication about orders was practically nonexistent, and I had it the worst. My friends got their stuff about a month or two late, I was promised discounts that never came through, and I didn't receive anything at all. Turns out your only real options when a consultant isn't delivering are to ask the company directly to resend your items or dispute the charge with your credit card company if you want your money back. Honestly, if you just want to try these products go straight to the source instead of ordering through a consultant. Working with consultants means you're depending on them, and if something goes sideways the company says there's only so much they can do.

I purchased a Butterfly Effect product that was supposed to be water resistant and even submersible according to the description. It stopped working when I rinsed it under water to clean it after just a handful of uses.

I had a really disappointing experience with customer service here. It feels like they're more interested in keeping your money than actually helping you. I wouldn't suggest buying anything if you're hoping for a refund. The way their company policies work doesn't seem to match what the consultants are doing, and honestly it's confusing. I placed an order, asked for my money back, never got the items, and still haven't received proper credit or a full refund. When I tried reaching out to their support team, they stopped responding once I mentioned that the company and the consultants seem to have different rules. It's frustrating because they won't explain this until after they've already charged your card.

Got a Butterfly Effect that won't hold a charge. The quality is pretty low.

I've been working with Pure Romance and using their products for over 20 years and every single experience has been fantastic, both with the items themselves and with the people I've dealt with!

Bought the After Dark Dual Action vibrator last year and it worked great at first. The battery performance started getting worse and worse over time. Eventually it just quit and won't charge anymore. I can't even get a replacement charger since that model's been phased out. Pretty let down by this, especially considering how much I spent. Would've thought something at that price point would have more longevity.
