Bad stitching

I own 3 RRL shirts and 2RRL Henley tops and bear in mind these shirts are not cheap so you’d expect them to last a lifetime, however one of my denim shirts from RRL which cost £245 after 7 months of owning the shirt I noticed the stitching coming undone by the cuff, so I took some pictures and sent them off to Ralph Lauren customer care and was told that as I’ve had it longer than 6 months it’s normal wear and tear, but as a good will gesture they’d give me £45, now that’s nothing compared to what I payed for the shirt and I did expect that such a reputable brand would treat customers better. They have lost a customer with me.

Refunded incorrect amount

Refunded incorrect amount. After two 20 minute infuriating phone calls (one of which deliberately cut me off when I didn’t buy her explanation), and multiple emails I have had to give up to save my sanity. I have evidence that they did not refund the amount I paid.

Read these reviews, I wish I had.

Wow wished I had read these reviews before spending £500 on a coat that broke in under a year, the hood has fallen off. Clearly RL are only interested in money and fast fashion. Will not buy from them again as customer service have refused to help.

Ralph Lauren are conning customers!!

I ordered a shirt it arrived but it was too small so I arranged to return, in the meantime without my permission they sent a larger size thet fitted but took another £155 from my account without my permission, contacted them about this and the return of smaller item, 4 times they gave me a date and time to pick up smaller item, eventually it was returned and they confirmed they had item, several emails and still no refund they basically have stolen my money, do not deal with them they are ripping people off supposed to be a quality clothing company no they are thieving customers money

Really poor quality for high price

I ordered a famous sweater with bear on it, hoping it would be a warm, good-quality piece for winter, but I was so disappointed from the moment it arrived. The fabric feels cheap. After wearing it only twice, it already started pilling on the sleeves and around the chest area. Also, it*s looking really baggy after one wear.I contacted customer support to ask about a return, but the process was complicated and they didn’t seem very willing to help. For the price, I expected something durable and well made. Unfortunately, this feels like something that won’t last more than one season. I wouldn’t recommend it and definitely wouldn’t repurchase.

Make sure to check your refund

Terrible experience with Ralph Lauren online! I ordered a dress back in mid-Aug and due to the sizing issue I returned it immediately. I never thought I would have to check on the refund status. I happened to look at my credit card transactions yesterday (3.5 months after my return) and realized that they never issued the refund to me despite that the return package was delivered in Aug. I don't think I am the only one they forgot to issue a refund. Be sure to check your refund status once you make a return.

Secret Santa package

They sent my secret Santa package to a post office like I'd asked, then when I went to pick it up there was no UPS pickup code. I then walked out the store and they sent an email saying "were taking the package back, you're going to get a refund".Absolutely useless company. I had ordered 2 weeks in advance, it took a week to arrive, and now I've got like no time to get a secret Santa

Only buy in store

Only buy in store. Their e-commerce shop is shocking and their customer service processes not up to standard. At some point I even wondered if I had been scammed as their phone lines didn’t work, their email said they only help US customers even though I emailed a general email address found on their uk website during uk business hours and their WhatsApp service is very amateur with poor communication. Also, all the correspondance received by them and UPS reference different terms adding to the confusion and the sentiment that this is not a legitimate business. Quite shocking.

Would give 0 if I could

UPS are the worst delivery service every and RL still choose to use them despite them not delivery my items for over a week or making no attempt to deliver them. Reviews on here are pretty clear how terrible UPS are. I will no longer be order anything from RL due to this, they won’t deliver when I’m home and won’t deliver to a neighbour so no point really!

If I only could give 0 stars I would…

If I only could give 0 stars I would totally shambles ordered a coat to my adress of course but for some reason they decided to deliver at some point to collect it of course i refused to collect and asked to be returned however all week so many emails calls no refund nothing happened customer service is poor refund not issued and no coat so no money no response only response I had after calling them after many communications failed can’t follow the parcel appears that they need to inspect the parcel but it’s not my fault anyway so don’t really understand why should I wait for my refund until they see the parcel absolutely bad I think John Lewis and their customer service win them over big time I will never shop from this brand again

Horrendous

Horrendous! Cannot believe this is supposed to be a premium brand. Couldn’t arrange a return with them for no apparent reason whatsoever- UPS only recognised US addresses not UK?? Customer service is awful to the point laughable. Really shocked by this company overall. Btw the product I bought was on par with a certain Irish company that everyone loves for PJ’s and fluffy socks beginning with a P!

Atrocious! Premium brand? Laughable. Their customer service is terrible to the point all I can say is just do not bother. Avoid at all costs online and tbh, boycott the company altogether. Complacency will get the better of them eventually.

Ralph Lauren Bluffton.

Beware of deceiving pricing at Ralph Lauren Bluffton. Same shirt with three different prices. Extremely RUDE management from top down, including manager Tiffany and worse yet general manager, Kat. So many other places in Bluffton to shop deserving of a loyal customer. Ralph Lauren has a lot to learn. Loyalty is earned and in my opinion Ralph Lauren has missed the mark miserably.

Purchased a jumper for my son for…

Purchased a jumper for my son for Christmas and they state you are eligible for a free gift box and so I selected this at check out. Today my parcel has arrived with no gift box and so I rang their customer service dept to be told they do not send boxes out on there own even when they have made a mistake. It even shows on my invoice. This is an utter scam On Ralph Laurens part and they should not be able to cheat customers like this. I did not know how bad they were until I have just read some of the reviews. This type of scamming should not be allowed as this is totally a mis-representation on their part. If you do not have the gift boxes do not advertise this promotion as this is false advertising

My recent experience at Polo Ralph…

My recent experience at Polo Ralph Lauren CrossIron has left me absolutely shocked.Some of the sales staff there are outrageously bold — making personal attacks toward customers and even snatching clothing straight out of a customer’s hands.Yes, you read that correctly — they literally grab items out of your hands.What makes it even worse is that I have filed multiple complaints, yet nothing has been addressed. No follow-up. No accountability.This is far beyond “poor service.” It’s unacceptable behavior that makes customers feel unsafe and disrespected.For an international brand, failing to uphold even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer respect is truly disappointing.I sincerely hope the company takes this seriously instead of continuing to ignore it.

Great customer service

Recently I had an issue with something I had bought so I emailed the website email and was surprised to have a response almost straight away on the weekend. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how responsive the customer service team have been and how they resolved my issue. Really poor service for the price

Poor service at every point - requested my order to go to a locker for me to pick up and the code they sent on the email doesn’t work. Spoke to 3 different on their support team, all of which told me different things (one even said I should have two codes which the email from Ralph Lauren never mentioned?! And another told me they recommend not using Q lockers!!!!) and none were able to actually assist me get the clothes from the locker. UPS and Ralph Lauren a truly terrible combination when it comes to customer service.
