Here's what went wrong: 1) My order sat around for almost seven days before shipping 2) When it showed up the box was beat up, shirts weren't wrapped, and the box had a rip in it 3) The poster tube got crushed 4) One of the shirts was the wrong item 5) Most of the others had prints that were noticeably smaller than the pictures online, looked off on the larger sizes 6) Their responses back were sluggish and unprofessional 7) Got a return label but it only worked for two days 8) I sent it back within 24 hours and packed it way better than how I got it 9) Got an email right away saying they received it 10) Then ten days go by with absolutely nothing, no refund, no word 11) I emailed again and they said the label was never actually used 12) So I disputed it with my credit card company 13) I sent them tracking info and photos showing it was delivered to their desk 14) Even when I got the refund it was five bucks short from what it should've been. Put a lot of effort into putting together a one hundred seventy five dollar order and then spent way too much time trying to get it fixed. Just a total waste of time because of how badly they handled everything. Won't be back and it's disappointing because friends recommended them.
