Same Lens Problem Every Time - The lenses on all three pairs I ordered were terrible quality. All of them went straight in the trash. They did give me my money back but it was a waste of my time. This isn't the first time I've gotten bad lenses from them but it'll be my last.

Five Stars All the Way - This place deserves five stars and then some! The glasses I got are amazing quality and actually better than what was advertised. I ordered the wrong sunglasses by mistake, called to talk to someone, got a credit applied and a new pair shipped out in like 10 minutes! They normally take 7 to 10 days to ship but mine arrived in 5. And get this, they said they couldn't take them back anyway, but told me to donate them to a local nursing home instead. This company has me as a customer forever!

They Hid All the Reviews - I've actually been pretty happy with most of the many pairs of reading glasses I've bought from them over the years. When a pair broke I didn't worry too much since they weren't super expensive. But I've been lucky to avoid the awful customer service other people are talking about until this happened. Recently they deleted all the customer reviews for their glasses styles from their site. Any good company would know how important honest reviews are for online shopping. Pretty much every other retailer out there from Target to Etsy to big name stores shows customer reviews. It shocked me when the Readers.com reviews that helped me pick frames just vanished. So I sent them an email about it, waited two days, and got back some generic response like we'll look into it and whatever. The whole thing feels shady.

This Doesn't Work - I tried to buy something but a discount code I found on their Facebook wouldn't go through. I emailed them several times asking for help and got nothing back. When I finally commented on one of their Facebook posts, they did respond but it was not helpful. The people who answered my questions and messages clearly didn't actually read what I sent them, even though I included pictures showing the bad code, my email, and the item in my cart. They didn't own up to any of their mistakes either. They just weren't listening. The follow-up emails I got later had the same problem. Overall, this whole thing was really frustrating and made me not want to work with them. Why would you buy from a company that can't even talk to you properly or show they understand what you're saying? You wouldn't. I won't.

Frames Keep Breaking - I've bought 5 pairs from them and every single pair has had the frame snap right at the bottom of the lens. I'm not rough with them or anything. There was one pair I kept in a case that I only wore twice, took them out and the frame was already broken. This is just cheap junk. I'm done buying from Readers.com.

Wish There Was a Zero Option - Why isn't there a zero star button? My glasses are either on my head or sitting in the case, but the frame cracked after just 2 months. This is junk quality.

Never Got My Stuff - I placed an order for two pairs of bifocals, one at $19 and another for $5. All I received was the cheaper $5 pair and it's completely worthless. Still haven't gotten the $19 item that I ordered first. Then a few days ago on Feb 6th, I ordered another $5 pair for my spouse and it's equally terrible - still no word from them about it. These people are straight up scamming folks. Do yourself a favor and buy your glasses somewhere else. Readers.com is not trustworthy.

Decent Glasses at a Reasonable Price - You need to read the reviews that customers put on their site. They actually post everything submitted! I've picked up 8 pairs over a two year stretch and I'm pleased with the quality. My order did take some time to arrive but their packaging is so good that nothing ever gets damaged. Just spend some time looking at what other shoppers say before you buy!

Yeah the shipping took a while but they package things so well that everything comes in perfect condition. Just make sure you check out what other buyers say before you order!

Really Solid Every Time - I've ordered from this place more times than I can remember, since glasses are kind of my thing. The service has always been great in my experience. On the products, you really do get what you pay for. The ones I got for around $10 work fine for what they are and I don't expect them to last years. But the pairs I spent $25 or more on are definitely worth every penny. When you compare the prices here to what an eye doctor or vision store charges, Readers.com is the clear winner hands down!

Amazing Customer Service - I ordered some readers but they didn't fit properly and I ended up losing a screw. I called to get another pair since they weren't a good fit. They don't do repairs, so they just refunded me no questions asked. The customer service person I talked to was fantastic. She really tried to help me find a different pair that would work better, but the ones I liked would have been too big. Either way, I'd definitely tell people to order from Readers.com.

Changing My Rating to Five Stars - I'm updating this to FIVE STARS because customer service really came through for me. They fixed my issue and sent me a brand new pair. Better than expected. (My First Review) This has got to be one of the worst places I've ever ordered from. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and even though there's a pandemic going on, it took forever to get here. One pair wasn't even the right strength. I tried to get a refund right away but they said I had to pay for return shipping even though it was their mistake. I only got one message saying they wouldn't respond for three or four weeks. That was two months back. Might as well throw your cash into the ocean before ordering from these people.

I Really Love These Glasses - This is my third order from them over the years and I'm always happy. I need bifocal readers and they've never let me down. I'd tell anyone to get their glasses here. Thanks so much!

Great Glasses and Service - I've bought glasses from them twice now and both times everything went smoothly from order to delivery. The quality is solid both times. My parents saw what I got and were so impressed they started ordering too. I'm definitely going to keep buying from them.

Totally Awesome - Some of the negative reviews here don't add up at all because my experience was completely different! I bought a pair of reading glasses and they had an issue within the first day. They got back to my email in 24 hours and took care of it, shipping out a replacement right away!
