Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Check that you have copied the entire code correctly, including any letters or numbers, as codes are case-sensitive on most retail sites.
- Confirm the code has not expired by checking the offer details on RetailCoupons.com before applying it.
- Verify that your order meets any minimum purchase requirement listed with the offer, as some discounts apply only to orders above a certain threshold.
- Ensure the code is not excluded from items you purchased, as some offers may not apply to certain jewelry categories or branded items.

Reeds Jewelers Shipping Policy
Reeds Jewelers typically ships orders via standard carriers, with delivery times and costs depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Review the shipping options and estimated delivery dates presented during checkout, as they vary based on product availability and your destination. For high-value jewelry items, consider any insurance or signature confirmation options the store offers during the shipping selection process.
Reeds Jewelers Returns & Refund Policy
Most jewelry retailers allow returns within a standard window from the date of purchase, though the specific timeframe and conditions should be verified on Reeds Jewelers' website before buying. Return policies for jewelry often include conditions related to item condition and may require original packaging, so read the store's return guidelines carefully. If you are uncertain about fit or style, contacting customer service before purchasing can help avoid the hassle of returns.

This gift was absolutely perfect! My mother's face lit up on her 70th birthday. Thank you for making her day so special!
Good service from the team. The prices are fair and the quality is solid. My husband is really happy with his rope chain.
The cross pendant I got is absolutely lovely and the craftsmanship is excellent.
I'm grateful for the excellent service. This purchase turned out great. Much appreciated!
Fantastic experience overall. The service was outstanding and I'm very happy with what I bought. Really grateful!
I've been a fan of Reeds Jewelers ever since there was a location near me. The selection is gorgeous and I keep coming back.
I found the website a bit clunky when using the Reeds account for payment. The frustrating part was that if you sign in before finishing checkout, you sometimes end up on a blank page with a block message. This blocks your cart and stops you from completing the order. The solution I found was to sign out fully, close all Reeds tabs, return to the site, access the cart, and only sign in at the very end. I had to reach out to support to learn this trick, but once I knew it, everything went smoothly.
The site felt pretty clunky when I tried to check out using the Reeds account. It was annoying because I had logged in earlier, and when I tried to continue, I got a blank page with an error saying I was blocked. That stopped me from accessing my cart and finishing my purchase. I had to log out completely, clear my browser, then start fresh and skip logging in until the very end. Called customer support to figure this out, but once I knew the workaround, I was able to complete the order.
My order showed up super fast. Even better, when I sent in a question via email, I got a speedy and really helpful response!
The shopping process is straightforward, checkout is simple, and delivery is painless.
Outstanding customer service and quick delivery. I'm a huge fan of getting my Pandora jewelry from them.
Fantastic experience, especially being a new customer. I ran into a problem when I found the same item cheaper elsewhere, but the team stepped up and matched the price. Got my necklace and everything is perfect. Grateful!
Great experience all around, especially since this was my first time ordering. I spotted a lower price elsewhere, but their customer service team was fantastic and matched it so I'd be satisfied with my purchase. The necklace arrived in perfect condition. Really appreciate it!
