I need to warn people about this company before you hand over your cash. Back in September I paid them to report two rental accounts to the credit bureaus as a way to establish credit history. Now it's March and half a year has gone by with absolutely nothing on my credit report. The biggest problem is nobody seems to care: Nothing got reported to anyone, they won't give me my money back, contacting them is nearly impossible, and my complaints go nowhere. I have proof of everything - payment confirmations, emails, screenshots - showing I paid and got nothing in return. A company shouldn't be charging people for credit reporting and then ghosting them for months without any updates or refunds. If you want to build credit, stay away from this outfit. Save yourself the aggravation and wasted cash. Until they refund people or actually deliver what they promise, I can't tell anyone to use them.

Their customer service is bad and they have no idea what they're doing. All they do is blame the bureaus. I called the bureaus directly and they said they never heard from this company at all. Only one bureau got contacted and only for one month. Nearly 200 bucks gone. Their response team can reply to negative reviews faster than they answer actual customer questions, which is hilarious. When I asked to cancel they said I don't have an account, even though I obviously do. Save your money and go elsewhere because this company is running a scam and I'm reporting them to the FTC.

Turns out they need ownership documents signed by landlords, property contracts, tax records, and insurance papers. My landlord wouldn't give up personal documents just so I could fix my credit.
