Great support team, but shipping costs are rough. The customer service here is truly outstanding and the products are really well made. These folks go above and beyond keeping you informed every step of the way, especially when it comes to getting your order through customs and dealing with all the international shipping details. They were super upfront about tariff changes when those happened and even stepped up to help cover some extra fees so customers wouldn't get hit with surprise charges. The downside is that their shipping rates are noticeably higher than other international retailers I've ordered from. Plus, since they're based overseas, you're looking at a pretty long wait to actually receive your items, usually around a month or so from order to delivery.
