The GO Bolt has been the biggest waste of money I've spent. Not only is the product itself terrible, but their customer service matches it perfectly. Navigating their website is frustrating and confusing. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to get support for the machine. When I asked to speak with someone in charge, they told me no one was available but a manager would reach out within a day or two.
