I ordered contacts through their website and provided my eye doctor's personal cell phone number with her permission. A week later they contacted me saying the contact information was wrong and that they'd been trying to reach my doctor. I followed up with her over the next couple days and she confirmed they never called her. Not even once. I told them to complete my order by the middle of the week or cancel it. Their response was to cancel it and claim I requested the cancellation, while adding a rude comment about appreciating my business despite the fact that they refused to actually take my order. It's inexcusable to treat people this way. They should just admit they couldn't be bothered to make a phone call instead of pretending they tried when they absolutely did not.
