What Shoppers Say About Arteza
Arteza shoppers report polarized experiences centered on two main themes: customer service responsiveness and product quality. Many reviewers praise the company's exceptional support team, highlighting rapid response times (sometimes within 10 minutes) and hassle-free replacements for delivery issues. These satisfied customers also commend the quality of craft supplies, particularly acrylic paints and mica powders, noting vibrant colors and fair pricing. However, negative reviews focus on quality concerns, misleading advertising, and fulfillment problems. Some shoppers report items not arriving as promised, unexpected delays due to out-of-stock inventory, and slow shipping despite paying for expedited service. Customers have also criticized the lack of upfront communication about inventory availability and the requirement to cover return shipping costs.
The divide in ratings reflects this inconsistency: roughly equal portions of shoppers give either one or five stars, while some give four stars. Those who experienced customer service recovery tend to be most satisfied, while those dealing with unresolved shipping or quality issues express the most frustration. The common thread among complainers is the gap between advertising claims and actual product performance, as well as insufficient inventory communication before purchase.

Sorted by: Most recentLet Down By The Quality. I'm really unhappy with how this product performed. The value just isn't there for what you're paying. I have to cover the cost to ship it back myself. Definitely not something I'd recommend to anyone. Be careful because the advertising really oversells what you're getting.
Coming Back For Sure! I ordered 28 canvases that showed as delivered but never arrived at my door. I reached out and they immediately shipped a replacement without any hassle. That replacement got to me super quick too. Then I realized I needed bigger sizes so I hit up their live chat that's open round the clock and they just gave me a refund without even making me return the first set. Everyone I talked to was incredibly helpful and friendly. No runaround at all. Definitely ordering from them again.
Package Said Delivered But It Wasn't There. After my package got marked delivered and I never got it, I emailed customer service. They got back to me in just 10 minutes and shipped out a replacement right away. Ten minutes for that kind of response is unreal. Such an incredible support team. Going forward all my craft supplies are coming from Arteza.
Great Store For Craft Supplies! I grab a bunch of their stuff for my projects like travel cups, coasters and other crafty things. Their prices seem really fair and honestly the quality is top notch. The colors are vibrant and the pigmentation is excellent. Their acrylic paints are my go to and especially their mica powders. When I need that perfect shimmer for an epoxy project the mica powders are amazing because I only need a tiny bit to get that gorgeous color I'm after.
Items Keep Getting Delayed Unfortunately. Some of my items got delayed because they're out of stock, which is frustrating. They should let customers know upfront before ordering that something isn't available instead of finding out later. I did get two of my items, and I get that with everything happening right now they're struggling to keep their inventory updated on the website. They apologized and offered me a refund, but I turned it down since I really need those supplies. Plus they'd already refunded a previous order and thrown in some free items. I'm honestly pretty happy with how their team handled everything.
Really Bad Experience With Shipping. Ordered something 6 days ago and paid extra for fast shipping. When the delivery day came around I realized I couldn't even track my order. The rep I spoke with said it would be late and hadn't shipped at that point. It was supposed to arrive that evening but at 5:43 AM it was still sitting in Kentucky and I'm on the East Coast. There's no way it's getting here by tonight like they promised. I understand we're dealing with supply chain issues but the company should've notified me that my expedited shipment wouldn't arrive on time. They charged me for priority shipping but never gave me any warning about the delay. I ended up having to buy what I needed from a store locally which defeated the whole purpose of ordering online.
Stay Away From This Place. I ordered several things from them including acrylics, professional pencils, and markers. Everything I received was poor quality and honestly I could've found better stuff for less money elsewhere. Their customer service is awful too. When I tried to send something back, they flat out denied my return even though they advertise free returns on their site. Ended up having to dispute the charge through PayPal to get my money back. Just skip this company.
Five Stars Except For The Marketing. The quality and pricing are fantastic but I have to dock them a star because their ads are way too pushy and show up everywhere. The actual products though are really solid for the price point. I like earning reward points on every purchase that eventually give you five dollars off per hundred spent. When you stack that with the rakuten cashback I'm getting some amazing deals on top quality acrylic paints glitter and art supplies overall.
