Honestly didn't know what I was getting into but wow, I'm so happy with what arrived! I used a large image file for the mini double-sided fleece blanket I ordered. The fleece itself isn't super thick, but it's still soft and the image quality is fantastic. If I'm being picky, the fabric is a bit thin so you can see the picture from the back side too. Other than that the colors came out perfectly and I'm really impressed. I tested with the smallest size but I'm definitely ordering a bigger one now that I know how good these turn out.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible and rude. It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten my item. I definitely won't be ordering from them again, which is a real shame because I was super excited when I first found them and now I'm just frustrated and let down.

My feelings about ArtsCow are complicated. Love using them, hate waiting for orders. Seriously, do not order from them if you're in a hurry because shipping takes forever. That being said, I've gotten watches, purses, bags, and coin purses from them, and every single item turned out looking exactly like my design. When things haven't looked right, it's been because of my own design mistakes, not theirs. The colors are vibrant and the print quality is really nice. Yes, the prices are super cheap, but you need patience to make it worth it. I probably wouldn't bother trying to return anything given the hassle and international shipping involved, but overall I'm happy with what I've gotten.

Don't waste your time if you need plus size printing. I submitted two designs with sizes ranging from medium-large to plus, and the standard sizes came out perfect while the plus sizes had major pattern shifting that left blank space at the edges. Getting customer service to even acknowledge the error took two weeks and repeated messages. When they finally agreed to let me return them, they didn't provide return shipping details, and by then there was no time to get replacements before my event.

Ordered what was supposed to be a blanket with my son's photo, but it arrived with the heads cut off! This really should be labeled as a towel instead. When I tried reaching out to complain, all I got was a voicemail. Will post an update if they ever get back to me.

After waiting 5 weeks for my order, I received someone else's items instead. Their customer service team wasn't helpful at all. Rather than quickly remaking and shipping my order, they just sent an email instead of actually calling me. When I finally got a response about my problem, their communication was terrible and they basically told me to either pay extra for express delivery or wait another 45 days for a replacement. I still don't know what happened to the order I paid for weeks ago.

Used a coupon code on my order and within hours got an email saying it was cancelled. They claimed I purchased twice from the same IP address. Then they basically held my money hostage, saying they'd only refund me if I said what they wanted to hear. Their English communication wasn't great either. If you're visiting someone who already used a promo code, they might cancel your order and keep your money just because you're on the same internet. Wish I could give this zero stars.

When you sign up they load you with credits for free customization. I grabbed several custom items and the quality turned out pretty decent. One jewelry bag I designed had printing that wasn't quite right, but honestly I can't complain considering it was free. My paid purchases were all good with nice material quality. Plus the delivery was quick. Overall I'm pretty happy with what I got.
